Strengths
Pick up anything made of matter and has mass even his own body so he can control his body into flight
Limitations
Only as strong as the mind of the person, and it's very hard to control stable flight with it more in spurts do to the concentration. Traditionally it's slower than most other kinesis's

Pyrokinesis
is an alleged psychic ability allowing a person to create, manipulate and control fire with the mind.
Strengths
Immense power that only largest star can match.
He can make constructs of flame.
Rolork, the sword, now can change forms into blade of fire
Limitations
Water, lack of oxygen, mainly earth
