Diluc x Reader [Crimson Colour]

You were a resident of Springvale. And honestly, you preferred it over the bustling city. Draff, the head of the hunters in your small village, asked you to sell some of our boar in Liyue Harbour to make a few more dollars for Springvale. You agreed to head to Liyue and took a small cart. Draff said there were carriages that will take you to Liyue by Dawn Winery. So that's where you headed.

Draff initially didn't want to ask you to do the job, since it wasn't really your specialty to be a merchant, and you didn't really know much about boar either. But all of the hunters went to do a big hunting trip a few days, so it was just you and a few other townfolk to do the job. You were just a simple farmer in your village. Draff gave you a list he wrote down of some things about boar, if any customers were to have questions and such, so you wouldn't sound like you didn't know what you were doing. A letter was already sent previously to Liyue Harbor of your arrival, so there should be a table for you ready.

You arrived at the Dawn Winery. You've never been here before, and it was beautiful. The nicer carriage carts that are taking you to Liyue are just in front of the Winery. Your arms and legs were aching from dragging your small cart of meat around, so you were relieved that you got to finally sit down and relax. You brought your cart up the small incline in front of the Winery. There were around 5 carriages with beautiful horses waiting. You walked up to a man with a sheet of paper in his hand and a feather.

He must be the guy who has the list for the carriages, guess I'll talk to him.

"Hello, my name is [Y/N] [L/N], I am listed for a carriage to Liyue Harbour today?" The man looked up at you, and then looked back down at his paper. The end of the feather skimmed through all the names on the list, trying to find yours.

"I'm sorry miss, but I don't see you on the list."

"W-What? But... a letter was sent in a few days ago, saying that I will have a carriage for me to Liyue. M-Maybe it's under the name Draff?" You started to sweat and a nervous feeling fell over you. For Anemo's sake, you're not cut out for this kind of thing.

"Miss, that name nor yours is on the list. We don't make mistakes, so please, head back where you came from." He had a bite to his attitude. Your eye twitched, wanting to say something snappy back, but that would get you no where.

"Is there an issue here?" A deeper voice came from behind you. The man in front of you's face went white, looking at the voice behind you. You turn around swiftly, and your cheeks flushed to a light pink. The man was tall, and had wavy/curly red hair. His bangs curled around his intense, volcanic red eyes. He had a nice suit that was mostly black, with lovely designs.

"M-M-Master Diluc! There is nothing wrong, just a silly girl trying to get a carriage, I-It's nothing." 'Diluc's' face contorted into frustration from his words.

"We don't insult our guests here, Mr. Terrance, I'll have you fired next time you pull something like that. Now, where are you headed off to, Miss?" The man instantly became quiet and nodded.

"O-Oh! I'm supposed to be going to Liyue Harbour. I guess there was some complications with my carriage. But, I'll get out of your guys hair now, I'll just head back to Springvale, it's no wor—"

"Funny, I'm going to Liyue Harbour aswell just now. Why don't you come with me in my carrier?" His face was blank, but his voice sounded kind.

"I-I would be very grateful! Thank you, Master Diluc Sir!" Diluc started blushing when you called him that. He averted his eyes and crossed his arms.
