PULSE (JENLISA)

Chapter 10

"go go go !!" Lisa shouted while pushing the stretcher in the emergency room.

"Make way!!" She shouted at the corridor to inform some patients to move.

Lisa's sleeve is full of blood even her face and her hair is in a mess.

Some nurses assist and take the stretcher to check the patient.

She out to the emergency room to take off her sleeve and change to the doctors coat. Some nurses also came to the changing area to check Lisa and ask what they will do.

"He lost too much blood. We need to operate now." Lisa informing the nurse while she's taking off her sleeves, even her boxer shirt full of stains of blood.

"Wait... A-are you hurt doctor !?" The nurse asked because she think Lisa meet an accident also because of so much blood on her shirt and face.

"I'm perfectly fine." She said to the nurse white tieying her hair.

"Why's there so much blood?" The nurse panic because of seeing Lisa in that case.

"It's patient's. I'm gonna need the test result and x-ray asap. Get me some extra hands in there too. Also, dont forget the blood bags." Lisa inform the nurse and dash out in changing area.

She saw Jennie standing in the lobby. She approach it.

"Jennie! Could you wait here for now ? I'll be back." The latter said and run to the emergency room.

"Uh... Okay." Jennie reply before Lisa run.

"Man, shes cool" the brunette said to herself while watching Lisa run.

Lisa POV

I am here now at the office waiting for the patients result.

Oh Jennie, shes in the lobby. Don't worry guys our office is near at lobby here in the third floor.

The door open.

"Here are the test results and x-ray." The nurse handed me a chart.

"Thank you" I simply said and take the charts to check the patient result.

"Are... You going to operate on him your self doctor ? All the other surgeons on duty have their hands full right now" the nurse informed me. Well I think Yes. I dont have choice.

I stand up and walk to the window to see Jennie of shes comfortable in the lobby. She's playing with her phone.

"Alright. I'll do it. Prepare him for surgery." I inform the nurse so the we can start.

"Understood!"

"Haah. Finally!" I open the operation room door to exit. I can finllly rest. I feel exhausted again.

I tilt my head to see what time is it.

Its 11pm  already.

"Oh, shit! Jennie!" I run faster to go to the lobby and check Jennie. What if she going home already not waiting for me.

I released a big sigh seeing her sleeping at the couch peacefully.

Well shes tired yesterday because we walk too much and she wait for me in hours.
