'mom, dad why didnt you tell me?'

I can't believe this. She is so different to everyone i have ever met. Besides for the king and queen every vampire i meet is so evil and mean.
'our daughter she really is something special' the king said as if reading my mind.
'you are right there king' i reply

'Alright your maj- Jebidiah' he chuckles.
'what are your intentions with my daughter?' he asked frankly. I didn't say anything i was so shocked.
'I saw the way you looked at her, I'm not an idiot i am in love so i know that look'

Mom was looking at me like she was expecting me to create another universe
'What?' I asked.
'Oh... nothing' she relied.
'Ok so I'm still confused'

'Yes, Jeremy explained to me all the vampire and king and queen etc. but i still don't get it'
Mom just repeated what Jeremy said. They might as well have prepared a script.
Except mom added on the end 'and the ones that are turned, commonly known as mutts, have to obey the pure bloods except the Demis who have more say in things but when it comes down to it they still listen to us'
'What are Demis?' I asked. She just looked at me as if I should know.
'I thought Jeremy would have told you...'
'Mom just tell me'
'Okay honey a Demi is a vampire which is half pure blood and half mutt'
'And why would he have said something to me?'
'Because he is a Demi'
JEREMY'S POV
'Jebidiah, I can't tell her the truth'
'what truth?' he replied.
'That I'm a Demi!' I tried to sound polite.
'Jeremy I know she likes you'
'yes but I'm not good enough for her she's a pure blood and I'm nothing that is not true and it is perfectly alright for a pure blood and a Demi to be in love'
I could sense that he was getting uneasy. I'm sure that he doesn't want to speak about his daughter and love.
'just promise me one thing'

'don't hurt her because if you do I will have you locked up for the rest of eternity' her said this very calmly as if he were commenting on the weather.
The princess and her mother walk in and i stand up to show my respect. Madeline giggles and I blush. I didn't even know i could blush, i thought you needed a pulse.
'What did you ladies talk about?' the king asked.
'Nothing important sweetheart' the queen answers while walking over towards the king. He put his arm around her waist.
'princess could I please speak to you in private, if I may' i looked at the king and queen.
'of course you may' the queen excused me.
'thank you' i replied knowing that she knew what i had in mind.
I took our future queen by the wrist and gently guided her into the kitchen.
'I need to ask you something' we say in unison 'you go first' she giggles 'I'll go first' again in unison.
'how about you go first?' I say.
'I....... Like you' she says shyly.
'what do you mean?'
'I like you, like you'
'oh... So do I, my princess'
I swooped her up in a hug and to my surprise she kissed me!
MADELINE'S POV
I kissed him! I can't believe it! I wish this kiss would last a life time or in this case an eternity.
When we stopped making out, I opened the door and to our embarrassment there are my parents leaning against the door. I almost died, if i could have? This is so sad.
'haha...' My dad said Scratching his head, 'congratulations!'
'I giggled and Jeremy burst out laughing soon apologizing which made me laugh even more.
