chapter 7 : A day with jongie

Min Ah POV :

" Aahh! " I woke up today feeling a bit tired , but it's okay cause today is Sunday and I can have some more sleep later....but now I feel hungry so I'll go to the kitchen and find something to eat .

After taking a quick bath I went downstairs , Hmm I don't see mom neither dad , where are they? weird it's Sunday dad would not go to work today....maybe they went out together , but they didn't tell me...

I ate my breakfast and went back to my room when suddenly my phone rang , Oh it's Jong dae .

" good morning jongie !" I said smiling .

" Yah what's that ? how did you just call me huh!! " he said .

"From now on I'll be calling you jongie ok ! " I said while laying on my bed again .

" Ok ok , are you at home now ? " he questioned me .

"Yea I'm at home now , where could I be , why ? " I wondered .

"Uhm , today is Sunday let's go out somewhere and have fun , if you want ? " he said .

"Oh! " I said and stood up from my bed in excitement "yea of course why not I'm already bored at home my mom and dad went out too ! "I said feeling happy finally gonna get out from this boring place .

"Ok than meet me at the park next to our school ok ! I'll be there in 20 mins ! " he said .

"Ok bye !"

"Bye ! See you in 20 mins !" He said and hang up .

I went straight to my closet to dress up .

"What should I wear ?" I rarely go out of home in weekends it's been a real long time since I ever did you know after what happened to me, no freinds to hang out with so staying at home studying or listening to music , watching TV...

Ah finally I dressed up , wearing a pair of light blue jeans and a white sweater , put on my sneakers ,

actually my style is a bit sporty I like being comfortable in what I'm wearing so I'll just wear that....

I'll leave a note for mom and dad telling them I'll be going out for a while so they won't be worried about me once they get home .

I locked my house's door and headed to the park it's not too far from my home just few minutes away .

After meanwhile ,

"Hey , jongie ! Haha " i said waving at him he was already there sitting on a bench,

"Hey" he said smiling brightly

" ready ! " he asked still smiling .

"Yup ! Where are we going ?"I said in excitement .

"Nowhere special just having fun Let's go have lunch first and then we'll decide ok ! I'm hungry I didn't eat my breakfast ! " he said .

"Ok ! Let's go! " I said , we walked to a traditional korean restaurant nearby here .

We ordered some food and it will be ready in 15 mins ( sorry I won't tell what did the two of them order I don't really know korean food :) )

We start chatting , talking about random things until the food arrived .

"Hmm look so delicious ! " I said smiling while looking at the food,

"Let's eat then ! " he said rubbing his hands together .

We finished eating and went out after paying the bill Jong dae was the one who payed .

"Let's go and buy some ice cream ! " he said and took me to an ice cream van which was parking near the restaurant .
