Chapter 19

Daniels POV

I tried calling her texting her doing everything and anything in my power to get her to speak to me...but nothing worked I thought I'd drop myself at her house and explain everything personally but I knew that her parents didn't know and she might get even more pissed if I did that....the worst part of it was that it was Friday which meant that I would not see my baby for another two days....who knows what stories her pretty little head is going to entertain about me which might just make the situation worse....throughout the weekend I sent her gifts of all sorts and specially told my helpers to tell me her reaction and to my dismay she didn't accept them....not one...now I was beyond scared....which I have never been before what if she leaves me thinking I cheated...NO not gonna happen she was she is and she will always be mine and mine alone...I will wait for Monday and I will make things clear.

Monday took a lot of time to bloody show up but when it did I rushed to my office an hour early than my usual reporting time and patiently waited for her to arrive and about waiting for half an hour or so I saw her walking towards the building I started preparing myself....I have to make this right...the moment she entered the building and her office I called for her eager to see her face but when she entered my world shattered her face looked pale her eyes swollen she had lost the glow that she had on her face....the spark in her eyes which I adored and the fact that I was the cause of this killed me she then opened her mouth and said "do you need something Mr Jefferson" kill me now...she never called me that...she always had a shy and loving demeanour when she spoke to me but now all I can feel as if a robot is compelled to speak to me....unable to control myself I harshly grabbed her arm and pulled her towards me....desperate for some contact from her....and oh I did get the contact within a second I felt a small soft had hit me square on the face....she slapped me...not that it hurt but still.

"Did you enjoy playing with the girl who truly loved you....why did you lead me on " she said more things but it was like I became deaf to it all I could see was her tear stained face her sad expressions that's when she got away from my grasp and ran outside my office....this was it she was going to end this due to a misunderstanding....NO NO NO it felt like I couldn't breath I need her and only her....I have to fix this and if she is not willing to listen...the civil way so be it I will clear this my own way and make sure she never has these types of misunderstandings again....I saw my employee Hanna who was a good friend of Emma making two coffees in the office kitchen...knowing that one was for Emma I dropped 2 sleeping pills in it and instructed the office helper to give that specific cup to Emma.

The sleeping pills started showing their effect in about half an hour and I rushed to my baby's office I saw her fainting and picked her up...since our offices were isolated no one took notice of it....I used my personal elevator and got her to my car and drove to my house...upon arriving I took her to my bedroom and stripped her out of her clothing....fuck me I needed to control myself till she wakes up....she will know today who she belongs to and will always belong to I am not letting her go away from me not now not ever.
