Chapter 28

Daniel's POV

When god takes something away from you it's because he believes that you deserve better .

After our intense session we slept and the next morning when I woke up i felt like a kid who woke up after the best nap of his life I looked beside and saw Emma snuggled with me it felt like heaven honestly I thought about all the things she said how did I even get this lucky after Natalie I thought that I was the most un lucky person in this world I snapped out of my thought to see my angel had woken up "good morning baby" she smiled and said "morning"she started stretching and I went to the bathroom to get ready.

We both got dressed and headed to the office As we entered the building I saw that Jason guy biting his lips and smirking at Emma and although we decided to keep it low about our relationship in the office premises I couldn't control myself and I grabbed her hand and pulled her close to me I know that this situation was making her extremely embarrassed and shy but somehow I loved the reaction I was getting out of her so to escalate things up a notch I wrapped my hands around her waist and we started walking again the looks on peoples faces were Hilarious.

As we entered the elevator she pushed my hand away from her "what was that about I thought we had made it clear to each other that this relationship needs to be a secret till the wedding announcement" she started lecturing me and I felt like a small kid whose mom was lecturing about a mistake I grabbed her pushed her towards the elevator wall and kissed her for a moment she seemed lost but eventually started kissing me back "if I want the office to know that this beauty is off limits I would let them know hell I would make the whole world know that this girl is mine and so off anyone's reach and limits" she just smiled and rolled her eyes.

Office was usual and actually I wanted this to get over as me, Emma and my mom had decided to go wedding shopping you know the usuals the dress the rings etc it might seem weird but I was way more excited then Emma about this as I couldn't wait to see her in her wedding dress all dressed up for me but it's a shame all that hard work will come off when it's time for me to ravish her....no no no nope Daniel focus on your work....after what seemed an eternity the office hours were over so we finally got out picked up my mom and stared the shopping

We went to the Ralph Lauren store for the wedding gown and I was kicked out of the store by my mom

Emma's POV

the helper at the store showed us many dresses and I tried many dresses on but none of them had the wow factor after about 2 or 3 hours at the store I shyly came up to Daniel's mom with a dress and asked her if it was okay for me to try that she agreed and when I came out my world stopped I looked like an angel at least that's what his mom said anyway an angel that belonged to Daniel, him and only him his mom started crying after seeing me in that dress after all the drama we paid for the dress and left the store

EMMA'S WEDDING DRESS

Daniel's POV

The ladies came out of the store with a satisfied look now next to the Cartier store for the rings although the engagement ring I gave Emma was a diamond ring and most people go for simple platinum or gold bands for wedding rings but I wanted something different so we decided on complementary rings so it was basically like The structure of this set of rings is designed to be intertwined with each other. I don't know if it was the beauty of the rings or the concept on which the rings were designed but it got through us and we bought those then my mom and Emma started thinking of more stuff to buy as I followed behind patiently.
