Chapter 15(2)

"She will be mad at me. Kakaayos nga lang namin."

Muntik na siyang mapadilat sa gulat ng marinig niya ang pagbukas ng pinto at ang boses ng binata.

She was faking her sleep, alright.

But who will be mad at kakaayos lang nila? Is it her? Of course! Subukan lang ng binata, she will scratch his face!

"Y-yes. And I already expained to the media. Alira is just a client. We're no lovers nor friends." She heard him explained.

Tss. Client, huh?

Naramdaman niya ang papalapit na presensya ng binata. Mas dumuble ang kaba niya

"Okay, you're big now. You know what to do. Send my regards---"

"Back off! No regards for my wife!" He hissed.

Halos mapatalon siya sa biglaang  asik ng binata.

Sino ba kasi ang kausap nito? And who the hell gonna send regards to her?

"Don't me. You hate puppies. Bye."

Nanatili pa rin siya sa kanyang posisyon. She tried so hard not to move her eyeballs para hindi mahalata ng binata na nagtulog-tulugan siya.

"Wife-baby..." He called her.

Kinabahan siya dahil naramdaman niyang unti-unting lumapit ang mukha ng binata.

She immediately opened her eyes, just to see Heixon face is coming close to her.

"Shit!" Mura ng binata ng itulak niya ang mukha nito.

"The hell are you doing?!" She shrieked.

He smirked at her. "Oh, I thought you are playing as sleeping beauty, wife. And as a good husband, I'm gonna wake you up by my kiss."

"Jerk!"

Tinulak niya ito at bumaba na sa kama.

"Come on. I thought you want my kiss. You don't know how to pretend, yah' know."

"Shut up!"

Inis na iniwan niya ang binata at agad na tunungo sa kusina.

NAPASANDAL na lang sila sa sandalan ng upuan habang nanonood ng TV. They were watching her replayed latest catwalk.

"You look so hot... that fierce eyes, that long legs, damn." Heixon commented.

She rolled her eyes at him. "Pervert."

He smirked at her. "Yeah, yeah. But you know what? I hate those men staring at you." He said while looking at TV who's now flashing the male audience looking at her.

"They are audience, Heixon." She state. Like duh! They are vital part of the show.

"Damn it. I know that bastard." Mura nito ng maflash sa TV ang lalaking audience na manghang-manghang  nakatingin sa kanya.

"He's my fucking investor. Might as well cut my ties with him." He said with finality on his voice.

"Heixon!" Suway niya rito. How could he? Just because Mr. Lagreo was staring at her, he will cut the ties with him already? How unprofessional.

"No one dare to stare at my wife." He said darkly while looking at her. She could feel his intense glare tickling inside her. Tagos na tagos sa kanya. Nakakakaba.

"Y-you should get use to it. Maganda ako. Alangan namang ikukulong mo ako ritp sa bahay?" She asked with sarcasm trying to hide her nervous.

He didn't answer instead, his eyes twinkled on her idea.

"No, no, no! There's no freaking way I'll let you lock me inside this house."

"Hmm... But it's you who gave me that idea." He said while smirking. Tila hinahamon pa siya nito.

"It was sarcasm." Inirapan niya ito.

Naputol ang kanilang pag-uusap ng biglang tumunog ang doorbell. Dahil nakasanayan na niyang siya ang pabukas-bukas ng pinto bitonh nakaraang araw dahil wala ang binata ay kusa na lang humalaw ang katawan niya para tumungo sa pinto.

Argh, I should have let him open the door right?

Inis na binuksan niya ang pinto.

"Hi, Heix---"

"What do---"

Sabay silang napatigil sa pagsalita ng mabungaran nila ang isa't isa.

Her jaw clenched suddenly. Habang ang kaharap naman at tila gulat at nagtataka ng makitang siya ang nagbukas ng pinto.

"What do you need?" She asked sternly at her. She was raising her right brow while checking her from head to toe.

"Why are you here?" Tanong nito, mukhang hindi na napigilan ang sariling magtanong.

"Don't be stupid. I asked you first." Okay, okay, she's rude. Pero umiinit talaga ang ulo niya dahil sa kaharap.

"I went to see Heixon."

Heixon, huh? First name basis. Tsk.

"Why? Do you have unfinished business with him?" She was still rude and bitchy while asking her. She's always like this but she's really irritated right now.

"Why are you asking too many question?" Tanong nito at kahit anong ipilit na itago ang pagkairitado ay hindi nito magawa.

I thought she's a great actress? Tss. I'm disappointed.

"What would be the reason why the famous Alira would be visiting a married man? Did she throw away her dignity?" She story tell but she was really pertaining to her.

Rumihestro ang gulat sa mukha ng babae. Pero agad rin nitong binawi.

"Liar! Heixon said that he got no girlfriend." Giit pa nito.

What? That jerk! Deep inside her ay umuusok na siguro ang ilong niya. How dare he claimed that he has no girlfriend? Feeling single?!

But she remained her faced composed with that bitchy look and a smirk on his lips.

"Why don't we ask him, instead." Then she flashed an obvious fake smile before looking at her back.

"Heixon, come here!" Sigaw niya para marinig siya nito ng malinaw. Nakita niyang tumayo ang binata sa sofa at naglakad na papunta sa kanya. Hindi pa nito nakikita ang bisita dahil nakaharang siya kay Alira.

"What took you so long?" He protest gently when he's coming closer.

"You have a visitor." She said like she was in glee.

But Heixon can read her mind, he know something is going on.

"Who is it?" Takang tanong nito bago lumingon sa labas.

She was waiting for her reaction when he saw Alira. A victorious smile form on her lips when he saw nothing on his eyes, he looks not interested and a little bit irritated?

"Miss Alira, what can I do for you?" He asked formally. He even encircled his arms around his wife's waist. And that is her.

"A-ahm..uh.." Mukhang umurong ang dila nito habang nakatingin sa braso ng binata ma nasa kanyang bewang.

"Miss Alira?" Untag pa nito.

"Uh, I came here to see you." Sabi nito, mukhang nakabawi na.

So she still wouldn't budge, huh? She wouldn't believe that Heixon is married?

"Oh, but I already finished our transaction. You could just email me for further questions." Heixon said in a matter of fact. He looks not pleased on Alira's move.

"Are you married?" Diretsang tanong ng babae.

Kapwa sila hindi makasagot.
