For the next few days I pretty much stay cooped up in my room, with a few exceptions. Kara offered to finish the tour since we had only made it to the dining hall before we went zip lining. I had also talked to Mason, he was a bit distant but we talked and hung out a little bit. To be honest I see him more as a brotherly figure. That had come up in our topic of conversation and we both only saw each other in more of a brother sister relationship. So now whenever I see him all I hear is 'Hi sis!' it's so funny. He is also an only child like myself so we can relate to not having siblings. I had gone on a hike with Isaac and Maya the other day too, we talked and had fun. I have yet to run into Noah, which I am a little grateful for. I wouldn't know what to say yet.
This morning I woke up at the crack of dawn and took a quick shower, threw on a pair of shorts, a comfy shirt and my black and white Nike shoes. I grabbed a sweatshirt as well because it was a bit chilly this morning and grabbed my sketch book along with my sketch pencils. I figured I should get out of the house for a bit and before anyone could stop me. They have been really strict since I came, of where we could go. They said it's just precautions with the wolf attacks. Wherever I am there is always someone nearby or there is security.
I sneak outside and wait for a couple of the patrollers to walk by and I make my way into the woods that seem to go on for miles and miles. After walking for what feels like hours but in reality has only been about thirty-five minutes I find myself standing in front of a beautiful pond surrounded by beautiful flowers. I sit down with my back against a tree and start doodling and sketching the amazing scenery in front of me. I wonder if everyone else knows about this cute little spot. If not I am definitely keeping it to myself.
I continue to sketch when I hear a branch crunch. Is someone here? I hurry and look around, not seeing anyone. I shrug it off and continue sketching. Another ten minutes go by and I see something move in the corner of my eye. I hurry and jump to my feet. Please oh please don't be a wolf. "Whoever you are, I have a sharp pencil and I'm not afraid to use it" I say. Wow. Did I really just say that? Wow way to go Sienna after that I'm sure the intruder is long gone by now. Not. All of a sudden I hear someone burst into laughing while walking out behind a tree. He looks about Mason's height too. What is up with all these guys around here being tall and looking like models from a fricken magazine. This mystery guy had short, wavy dirty blonde hair and grey eyes. After his laughing fit he walks towards me with a smirk on his face.
"A pencil huh? Where did it go? Did you need to sharpen it?" Blonde boy said, dying of laughter. I shoot him a glare "A pencil isn't the only thing I have". He stops laughing and looks at me. "Who are you?" I ask him. He looks at me for a moment like he's trying to figure something out, takes a deep breath which almost in a way looks like he's sniffing the air. Weirdo haha. "I'm Cody, what are you doing out here by yourself?" He asks while looking around. Is he from the camp? I mean there were over five hundred campers. "I'm Sienna, and I am here sketching. Are you from the camp too?" I ask "Camp?" he questions. "Yeah, Silver Stone camp?" I retort. A puzzled look forms across his face for a moment before he asks "I'm from another one.. How long have you been at Silver Stone uh camp?"
"For about a week, my friend invited me to come for the summer" I reply
He nods "Oh cool, yeah I am from another camp farther away"
"What are you doing all the way out here then? This camp's boundaries are a lot farther than here" I say.
"Oh you caught me, I was checking out the competition" he says with a chuckle.
"Which camp did you say you came from again?" I ask
"That's for me to know," Cody replies.
"So you can ask me whatever but you can't tell me your camp?" I ask
