Worst nightmares

"It's so ironic" Solar said looking down "we spent so many years wasting our abilities by not using them just to lost them in a blink of an eye" Yoongi hugged her tightly and placed his face on the space between her head and her shoulder. they were sitting under a three and the weather was getting colder "I know... at least we're together now" he whispered. They knew it was going to be impossible for them to find their children now, especially because the ones that took them had abilities and were stronger than anyone they had encountered before.

"Can you tell me what happened to you and Hyejin?" she asked and immediately the memories were back, Yoongi shivered. What happened to them had been the most terrifying experience and both Hyejin and Yoongi had agreed to not talk about it ever again so he shaked his head no "I'm sorry, I really don't want to bring back those memories" he said softly trying to make her understand. Yongsun turned around and grabbed his cheek "It's ok handsome, you don't have to. Just now that if you ever want to talk about it, I'm here for you ok?" he smiled at her and whispered "ok". They cuddled for a few more minutes until Namjoon called them.

The truth was, what happened to him and Hyejin had really changed both of them.

They were in the hotel waiting for Yuna's phone to charge when there was a knock on the door. Hyejin went to open "look who it is before you open" Yoongi told her. She looked through the peephole and there was Jimin looking around like he was scared "It's Jimin" she said opening the door.

"What are you doing here?" she asked but Jimin walked past her he was pale and seemed desperate "I can't do this anymore" he said turning and looking at her eyes "I can't be with you anymore, because it means me not having kids. And I want to" Hyejin's heartbreak at that instant and Yoongi stood up walking towards Jimin "what the hell are you talking about?" he asked, grabbing Jimin's arm "hyung, I forgot to mention. I have someone already waiting for me, and we're so sorry to tell you like this but it's Yongsun. We have been talking for the last couple of years and the last week when we saw each other we just knew. We knew we had to be together" Jimin said while looking at Yoongi. That statement made Yoongi suspect something was not right "answer this, Jimin" he said walking closer to him "remember the last trip we did together? We went to Japan two years ago and my wife and Hyejin were there as well. Did something happen between you two then?" Jimin cleared his throat and nodded "on that trip was when we started talking" he replied. Yoongi turned to see Hyejin who was looking at him and without saying a word she give him a little nod "I understand. well thank you for being honest" Jimin smiled, his smile was evil it was different from the way Jimin usually smiled but soon his smiled disappeared when a big shadow covered his body and pinned him to the ground "hyung, what are you doing?" Yoongi walked towards him moving his hands slowly to make the shadows more solid so they weigh against Jimin's throat "Hyejin-ah he-lp" Jimin managed to say "help-... me" Hyejin was crying, it was the most scariest thing she had experienced but she trusted Yoongi and she knew he had to do it. She saw the expression on Yoongi's face and he was not feeling better than her. "Yoongi... hyung" Jimin said again breathless. Yoongi kept pushing until Jimin didn't move anymore, his body just laid there lifeless.

Yoongi went to hug Hyejin and she sobbed in his arms "what happened here? What happened to Jimin?" Yongsun said running towards the dead body and turning to see Yoongi and Hyejin with shocked eyes "Solar" Hyejin said still not fully understanding what was going on. Solar walked towards them and joined the hug "Yoongi I have to tell you something... we found the kids" she said looking at Yoongi but not smiling "they... babe, they're dead as well" she said sobbing and hugging Yoongi. He returned the hug and whispered "Jimin said you were together, he said you were going to leave us and that you started having feelings for eachother on that trip to Japan, is that true?" Yongsung looked at her husband again and whispered "Yoongi, that's why you killed him?" Yoongi nodded looking down "that's true... we didn't plan it. It just happened. I'm sorry Hyejin-ah" she said turning to her "He just wanted a family" Hyejin smiled at her "don't you worry about it, unnie" Solar walked towards her and hugged her "he just wanted a whole woman" she said to Hyejin's ear, which made Hyejin fall to the ground, her body seemed to be empty and tired.

It was like his worst nightmare was becoming a reality. Solar words were what Hyejin had felt about herself for years but hearing it from someone else's mouth was terrifying, especially when that someone was her dearest unnie.

Yoongi grabbed Yongsun too and he did the same to her that he did to Jimin. She begged him and asked for Hyejin's help but Yoongi was determined to finish her and Hyejin was sobbing on the floor.

Yoongi then grabbed Hyejin and whispered to her ear "focus on my voice Hyejin-ah this is not real. This Jimin and this Yongsun are not real, I need you to focus on the real ones. They would never do this to us. They love you, us" Yoongi repeated time after time "they were not real. The real ones would never hurt us this way" Suddenly the room seemed brighter and Yoongi knew the illusion was over, he grabbed Hyejin and exited the room. Trying to get as far from there as he possibly could.

But suddenly, somehow he woke up in that hotel in the middle of the forest. Where they were now.

Yoongi and Hyejin had fronted their worst nightmares. Yoongi had to kill his best friend and his wife and was the scariest moment of his life. He knew it was just an illusion of them but it felt real.

It felt so real.
