Sarah was quietly writing her essay for Transfigurations class when someone threw themselves down in front of her. "Sarah!"
  "Ava!"
"I'm going to get straight to it. What happened with you and Draco last night?"
  "Keep your voice down."
  "Jeez. Sorry, but what happened?"
"Don't tell anyone, but we had sex."
"Stop!" The librarian quickly shushed Ava, the latter replying with a sheepish smile. "Was he good?"
A light blush coated Sarah's cheeks as she timidly replied, "Yeah..." Ava doubled over laughing, stopping herself before she was scolded by the librarian once again. "Let's stop talking about this now. Instead, let's talk about you and Luna. I saw you guys walking together on the way here."
"I asked her if she wanted to go to Hogsmeade next weekend."
  "And?"
"She said she had to think about it, but she would definitely tell me before the end of the day."
"Stop. This is terrifying for me. I can't believe you are going to be in a semi-stable relationship."
"Don't jinx it. She will probably say no anyways."
"What about that time you guys kissed in the Room of Requirement?"
"We were high. It could have just been the drugs."
"I don't know. She seems to blush and giggle when you're around."
Before Ava could reply to Sarah, Luna approached their table, "Hi, Ava!"
  "Hi, Luna."
"Um, so I thought about what you asked me earlier, and I think it's be great if we got coffee or food when at Hogsmeade this weekend."
  "Really?"
  "Yeah."
"Great. It's gonna be fun. Hopefully." Luna giggled in response before saying goodbye to Sarah and Ava.
  "Ava!"
"I can't believe that just happened."
"I told you to not be worried."
  "You didn't say that."
  "Well, I was thinking it."
  "Not the same thing."
Sarah shook her head, ignoring Ava's comment. "So where do you think you guys will go?"
"What about the place we went that one time?"
  "Where?"
"You know the place where you and Draco-"
Sarah cut her off quickly before she could continue, "We are not talking about Draco."
"After we finish talking about me, we are so going to be talking about Draco."
"You're the worst. Anyways, I think that's normally a good spot, but why don't you go to the tea place on the main road of Hogsmeade? It's more first date friendly."
  "You're right."
  "I know."
"You know what you weren't right about, though? Hooking up with Draco last night. And under the influence of alcohol! Shame on you, Sarah Lennon."
"I said we aren't talking about it!"
The librarian stormed over to their table, her finger pointed to the door, "If you two can find a moment to spare in between your gossiping, I would like you two to take in consideration the other students in here that are actually trying to leave. I warned you two twice, so now it's time to leave. Come back when you learn to respect the rules of this institution." Sarah and Ava shared an annoyed look before gathering their stuff and exiting the library.
  "She really needs to relax."
"I guess she had a point, but it was still extremely annoying. Where do you want to go now?"
"We can go to the courtyard and make fun of all the people that walk by."
"Sounds fun. I'll meet you there, though. I want to drop off my books in my room first."
"Okay. I'll do the same then." Sarah and Ava hurried off in opposite directions.
As Sarah rounded the corner, she bumped into someone. "Watch where you're going!"
"I would if you would." Sarah met Draco's eyes as he said that to her. She really had the worst luck known to man. Her hands rushed to cover her neck with her hair; she noticed Draco's eyes tracing her movements with a smirk. "You should really get those bruises checked out, Lennon. They look pretty severe."
"Shove off, Malfoy." Sarah pushed her way past Draco as she continued down the hall, raising a middle finger in the air. It was obviously directed at him, and everyone in the hall knew it too. Sarah could hear him laughing, knowing he was getting under her skin, and now, he got under her robes too. He was the most insufferable person Sarah had ever meant, but unfortunately, that made him all the more attractive to Sarah.
She internally screamed as she climbed the ever changing set of stairs that lead to the Gryffindor chambers. Sarah quickly told the Fat Lady the password, not in the mood to deal with her singing. "What's up with you, Sarah?"
  "Malfoy."
  "Isn't it always?"
"Isn't it always with you too, Harry?"
"I mean you're not wrong, but I thought we were talking about you, not me." Sarah just glared at Harry as she made her way up to the female bed chambers, tossing her books on her bed. She rummaged through her bag to find her concealer as she put on an additional layer to cover the marks along her neck. They were more prominent than Sarah realized. How did Harry not notice them? Or maybe he did and just decided not to say anything? Either way, Sarah was utterly mortified. She did not want anyone to know that she hooked up with Draco Malfoy. That would seriously ruin her image, and her standing with her fellow Gryffindors. The majority of them hating Draco, and if they learned Sarah hooked up with him and made out with him more than once, they would likely shun her. She will be seeing all of the people in her class until her seventh year, and it would be really awkward if none of them talked to her. It didn't follow Sarah's plan for the following years at Hogwarts, but then again, being attracted to Draco Malfoy and acting on those feelings wasn't exactly in her plan either.
