Daichi Nakajima's Ending

Y/N and Daichi's conversation.

Daichi: Y/N.

Daichi: Are you free right now?

Y/N: Yeah!

Y/N: I was about to ask you
that too!

Daichi: I guess we wanted
to see each other. ^^

Daichi: I know it's kind of
late...but I want to tell you
something important.

Y/N: Our minds are linked to one!
Because I have something to tell
you too! Where should I meet you?

Daichi: At the park, near
to your apartment. I'm already there.

Y/N fixed herself. She changed her pj's to her casual clothing, also with her favorite jacket since it's cold outside.

She left her apartment, walking along the path that leads to the park nearby where Daichi's waiting.

First, she went to a store to buy her favorite food and Daichi's. She took two cans of her favorite drink and paid for it, leaving with a plastic bag on her hand filled with food.

Y/N reached the park and saw Daichi waiting behind the tree. He seemed to look shaking. Y/N sighed and took off her jacket to place it to Daichi.

Daichi flinched and turned around, ready to fight the person but he saw Y/N instead who was pouting at him.

"At least wear a jacket if you know it's freezing outside." Y/N said. "You have been here before me, you're probably freezing right now." She said poking his stomach.

"Sorry, sorry," Daichi said scratching his cheek to emphasize he was a little nervous. "I was just in a hurry and I want to talk to you about this."

Y/N followed him and sat beside him while she handed him his food. He beamed at the food and ate it while Y/N slowly ate hers.

"Oh...by the way, I wanted to give this to you," Daichi said and handed her a rose that he had with him the whole time. "I know it's just a rose..." He smiled nervously.

"Thank you, I appreciate it even if it is just a rose." Y/N smiled back while admiring the rose on her hand.

Daichi relaxed seeing Y/N smiling. He leaned back on the bench and sighed quietly, not to get the girl's attention.

"I'm glad I met you."

Y/N turned her head to face him, she can feel her cheeks heating a little from the sudden words.

"...same." Y/N said turning away to hide her flushing cheeks. "

"You don't sound like you were glad to meet me." Daichi pouted a little, his heart was aching a bit when he saw the frowning look on her face.

"No! That's not it!" Y/N said crossing her arms and huffed. "I was just shocked by your words." She said.

"I'm really glad tho. I would've never fallen in love with you if I hadn't met you."

"...w-WhAt!?"

Y/N stood up and faced him, causing her to blush more from seeing his calm expression. She looked down to avoid eye contact. Feeling happy and great at the same time, Daichi stood up and took her hand, squeezing it lightly.

"I..."

"I love you, Y/N. You don't how much I've fallen for you ever since we met." Daichi said it's his turn to blush. He was frozen, feeling awkward from the tension of what's happening.

Both of their hearts were beating fast. Y/N was supposed to be the one who would confess, yet Daichi was the one.

Y/N let go of his hand and wrapped her arms around him, burying her face on his chest smiling widely.

"I love you too, Daichi." Y/N said softly as she hugs him tightly. She felt something dropped on her head as she looked up to see Daichi crying with a grin spreading on his face.

"I'm so happy right now..." He said and hid his face on her hair. The two stayed in a comfortable silence until Daichi wiped his tears away and calmed down.

"Exams are starting, huh...?" Y/N said sighing at the thought of it. She held Daichi's hand as they walked along the park. Daichi chuckled and pinched her cheek gently.

"I'll help you study." He said. Y/N's eyes brightened and nodded at him, thanking him for the help. "But you do need to study right now because it's tomorrow." He said poking her nose. "I'll walk you back to your apartment."

Both of them reached her apartment, Y/N hugged him. "Good night Daichi." She said and turned around but his hand caught hers and pulled her back to him. Y/N looked up at his face and raised her brow.

He turned her around to face him and leaned to place his lips on hers. With the kiss, he wrapped his arms around her waist as he held her close. Y/N is shock from the kiss but she kissed back, melting as she fell on his arms while he steadies her so they won't fall.

"G-Good night...Y/N," Daichi said, his face brightened from the moonlight. It was obvious that his cheeks were red. Y/N chuckled and pecked his lips until she goes inside her apartment.
