Chpt. 6

Ara's POV

I was finishing highlighting stuff in my journal pad. I looked at the door when I saw Sejin come back in.
"How did everything go?" He asked slightly hesitant. I nodded. "Everything went find they were all very polite and kind, but were still nervous with each other, but I'm sure with time it'll fade away" I spoke with him and he sat in the chair infront.
"I'm glad I really am! We really do need the help we didn't know the group would grow so big working short amount of time...and you know we can't just hire staff cause everything is a risk and no offense but in the women area we're afraid they may be fans or May leak any informations it's all a risk you know" he sighed.
"I mean I'm a supporter of their music, im more familiar with Yoongi-sshi for his AgustD album but I meant what I said before, *i look at him seriously* I'm here to do my job and help the boys with whatever I can and do my job to the fullest" I said and he smiled and sighed in relief.
"I'm thankful Ara I really am" he patted the top of my hand.
"Also you don't need to call them -sshi you're younger I'm sure they'll be okay with you calling them oppa" he said
I shook my head.
"I'll ask them what they prefer, I don't want to make them feel uncomfortable or anything of the sort" I said.
"I'm sure they'll be fine with it but anyways, so these coming two weeks I need to take a leave because my wife wants to visit her family due to a loss and we will be out of town, I took the liberty of printing the schedule and providing everything single thing you need to do, there is two other managers, but don't rely on them to much they help 'me' but from now on it's me the manager and you their P.A, I have numbers written there and addresses and all" He flipped through the pages and I nodded.
"This week isn't too bad they're just filming some BTS RUN episodes and they have two photoshoots, and you need to travel to LA the next week to film for a MV, I already informed the staff if they need anything come to you, you are now in a position we're shyness needs to go out the window, also whatever the boys need do you're  best to get it." He explained
I was slightly overwhelmed but excited deep down.
"Now...regarding the living arrangements...our CEO wants you to be available for them 24/7 he also was very pleased to know you're a RN, so we would like you to live at their home" he dragged out the last part as if he was nervous for my response.
"Ohhh...wait...what???" I looked at him in shock.
"I know I know! but the place is covered by the company and it's a nice living space...and it's more convenient this way" he explained and I quickly rubbed my forehead.
"But...my stuff-"
"No worries! I already had that arranged they are in their way to bring all your stuff to the dorm today after the boys are done you leave with them and here's your key actually, and the boxes should be in your room by the end of the day" he explained and I nodded.
"We also are in the middle of requesting permission for you to actually have access to any medical equipment necessary so soon we will have a suitcase like baggage with anything needed for a medical emergency for you to have access too, so if you could write a list of anything you could think of for us to always have in it and stocked, we will have a trunk with you everywhere you go and specially travel" he stated and I was excited when we got to the medical talk. I love medicine.
"Of course! I'll do that it'll be a long list but trust me better safe than sorry" I said as I began writing down stuff.
"Of course! We're really relieved you were an RN cause sometimes emergencies happen and we're somewhere foreign and it's horrible and stressful for the boys" he said like he was remembering events.

"Well I'll hope I can lift that worry of you all's shoulder, I'm good at what I do" I smiled and he laughed.
"We're really blessed to have you with us Ara, but I do have to run now and prepare for my leave, so if you need anything else at all, you have my number I'm a call away" he said and we bid eachother our goodbyes.
I sat back down and watched the boys finish practice as I made a list of medical equipment to send to Sejin to have trunk ready before we travel.

"Ara-sshi we have finished practice will you be leaving with us" I turned to see RM and the boys in the floor sitting drinking water and sweating.
"Yess, are you guys hungry shall I order something or would you like me to make something?" I asked curiously as I gathered my stuff, but dropped them quickly when a few yelled.
"CAN YOU MAKE KIMCHI JJIGAE"
"BULGOGI"
"PASTA!!"
I clung onto what I could before the rest of my stuff fell..
"YAH!! what's wrong with yall..." J-hope sighed and quickly helped me pick up my stuff and out it inside my tote.
"Thank you oppa~" I sang gratefully and stood up.
"O-oh yeah...sorry about that how would you like me to address you...I am younger I don't want to disrespect or offend anyone" I asked once I notice j-hopes reaction to the word.
"Oppa is fine really no need to be formal Ara" Jin spoke and everyone nodded and I nodded.
"Alright then...tomorrow you guys have a long day of practice so how about some pasta so you guys can get your carbs in nee??" I asked worried they would decline but they groaned saying "yessss!!"
I laughed at their playfulness and quickly made a list.
"Hhmmm then how about you all head home and freshen up, I'll catch a cab and head to the store and get groceries, I'll just need someone to text me the address" I asked
"How about someone goes with you instead" RM offers and I quickly raise my brows
"Noo really you all must be tired.." I decline
"Jungkook go with Ara and help her with groceries and help her get home" Jim said and he just nodded without saying a words
"Ahh...you really don't have too Jungkook, but if you're fine with it I'll appreciate it" I said and lightly flung my tote onto my shoulder. He quickly nodded and got up from the floor.
"I'll have Yoongi text you the list of stuff we're missing" RM said as they were all getting their stuff and bags.
"Sounds good" I nodded and walked to Yoongi and handed him my phone. He took it and typed into it.
"I'll send you a message in a bit thank you Yoongi oppa" I quickly bow and he replied with a "mmhh" I still caught his eye even though I tried avoiding it....
