Chpt. 3

Ara's POV

"Alright Ara so here is a list of the task you need to compete. I cannot help
you whatsoever, when it comes to amounts I'll let you know that including the members and staff and you it'll be a number of 12 for anything if you're working with amounts, and all this is based off for Idols okay, these are kids in the music and entertainment industry keep that in mind" He said and handed me a paper.
"Got It" I nodded
"You will come here everyday this week in the office feel free to use my office and computer I'll be out this week with the team and members we have a week full of work and with the ID pass you can get into the building and into this floor for now" he informed he and I nodded.
"Alright well feel free to start now, I'll be heading out and begin work and I'll text you Friday if your task depending on how you due up till Thursday okay" he shook my hand and we both bowed and he left.
I quickly got up and went to his chair and turned the computer on and made my way to my savior 'GOOGLE'.
I looked down at the list.

Monday:
- Find a company to deliver lunch for the members and staff for Wednesday at (whatever address) and make sure for them to be punctual. The members eat a lot. Something not too heavy. They do a lot of physical work.
- Reserve a restaurant around Seoul at 10:30p.m for Wednesday with a private room for a party of 9, just text me the place and time

Tuesday:
- Call this number (some number) and schedule a appointment with them and ask for Lisa & Eleanor and Hyori. They are makeup artist. Schedule them for Wednesday, Thursday from 9am to 9pm.
- For the makeup artist billing ask them to use the usual billing method with BigHit and fax over the cost to our Financial department.
-I'll have two racks of clothing in the office delivered, make sure they're steamed and dry cleaned. Be careful with all material! I'll pick them up Wednesday morning.

Wednesday:
- Schedule an appointment for Saturday with this salon (number) (address) for 7 people, let them know to be prepared for hair dying and to reserve the salon. They're familiar with us so same billing method as before will be the same with them. Make the appointment at 10am

Thursday:
- Look for qualified athletic trainers that I can be able to look into for the members.
- Call the front desk and let them know that we need the music print samples delivered to the office by Friday 12 pm
- Look local for the following decorations to be delivered to our floor on Friday for a member around noon. Festive balloons, cake with 'congratulations'.
- I'll text you Thursday night your task for Friday.

I sighed loudly once I finished reading the lost.
"I mean its atleast some simple tasks but a lot thoe...and that's just keeping it simple for me" I stretched and cracked my neck.
"Alright we got this!"

"Let's call a deli company for their lunch in Wednesday" I grabbed the office phone in the desk and began dialing my favorite deli. I would throw hands for this place.

*ring ring*
"Hello! Yess I would like to place and order to be delivered on Wednesday"
I waited and they quickly agreed.
"So I would like your individual box lunches"
"Okay what would you like in the box are you familiar with our menu?"
"Yes I am! So I would like to order 12 of the Charcuterie board style lunch box, with the bread, fruits, cheeses and all, and I would like a tray of your salami and turkey sandwiches, and please if you can include bottled tea"
"Perfect please let us know where too and billing info"
"Yes do the address is (some address) and for billing if you could please hold while I transfer you to our financial department, I am ordering form a company so one moment" I looked at the extension numbers next to the phone and found the financial department. I began the transfer call.
"Hello BigHit Financial"
"Hello this is Ara I'm the new recruit under Sejin's care and I have a lunch bill that needs to be taken care of" I clutched the pen in my hand feeling nervous suddenly.
"Of course please proceed to transfer them over" I thanked them and transferred the call.
"Ooof...okay next" I looked back at the list.
I grabbed the phone again
"Hello is this Myeongdong Restaurant"
They confirmed
"Yes I would like to make a reservations with a private room for a party of 9 on Wednesday night at 10:30 p.m"
"Of course under what name?"
"Sejin, also do you guys by chance have a option of a back entrance"
"Yes we do have a back entrance would you like us to write down that you're requesting the back entrance m"
"Yes Perfect! once the party arrives Mr.Sejin the host of the part will most likely get down first please notify him that the back entrance will be available to use for the party"
"Yes ma'am of course will that be all?"
"Yes thank you so much!"

I ended the call and crossed everything on Monday off my lists
"That wasn't too horrible...right?"

~Thursday evening~

I finished the calls and made all the appointments needed and required. I sat in Sejin's seat and looked to the box of decorations and the cake next to me that he asked me to have delivered. He told me to leave them here so I did.
I was currently logging out of the computer and turning it off.
I grabbed my coat and my purse and headed home. I grabbed my phone and told Sejin I was heading home.
It was 5pm.
'Okay I'm on my way to the office thank you for this week I'll text you later about your task Friday' He text replied.
I arrived home after like 15 minutes.
The tasks weren't per say easy as cake, I guess slightly nerve wrecking in hopes that after everything is set that in the day of everything goes well and luckily it all did. The only thing pending would be the appointment at the salon on Saturday and my task this Friday.
"Let me get ready for bed" I sighed and began my nightly routine.
