Chris couldn't believe she was back. He thought he'd never see her again. But there she was, clear as day. Doing to his girlfriend, what she had done to him. Except she was drugging her, and if he wasn't there on time, she was going to film her, and God knows what she was going to do next. But she wasn't going to stop until she gets what she wants. Revenge.

Chris had told his friends everything about Vanessa. From her being manipulative and getting him drunk, to her accusing him of rape. Tears ran down Iris's cheeks. She couldn't believe what she was hearing. She looked over at Cisco and Caitlin who seem to be tearing up as well. Guys. I am so sorry. I didn't know. Iris snivelled. Iris, its not your fault. Caitlin wiped a tear from her cheek. If you guys still wanna be friends...Iris looked down. Iris, we'll always be your best friends. Caitlin hugged her. We love you. Cisco joined in on the hug. I've missed you guys. Iris sniffed. We missed you too. A lot. Cisco said with a chuckle. Chris was glad to see his friends happy and together again. But he was still mad at what Vanessa did. She had no right to split up his best friends like that.

Chris turned and spotted Vanessa watching them from across the hall. He casually walked over to her before confronting her. What the hell Vanessa? Chris growled. Nice to see you too. She said in a flirtatious manner. I'm not playing with you. So you better leave my friends, and my girlfriend alone. I don't want you talking to them, or going anywhere near them. Chris demanded. Or what? What are you going to do about it? Vanessa challenged. I'm gonna go straight to the police and tell them what you did. I'll even tell the principal and get you expelled. Screw it. I'm gonna go and tell her right now. Chris threatened. With what evidence? Vanessa stopped him before he could leave. That's right, you don't have any proof or evidence to use against me. She crossed her arms. Whatever! Just stay away from us. Chris retorted before walking off to find his friends.

After school, Chris and Iris were walking on the brown bridge at the pier while enjoying some ice cream. They were not aware that Vanessa had been following them and was watching them and trying to eavesdrop. Don't worry about Vanessa. Just ignore her, and don't listen to anything she has to say. Chris assured Iris. Vanessa. She told me she used to have a boyfriend named Chris. She said he was from another school. Was she lying? Iris asked. Yeah. She was actually talking about me. Chris sighed. What else did she tell you? Chris asked as they stopped walking. That you raped her. Iris said. That's a lie. I never raped her. She tried to throw me in prison. Chris denied. I know. I don't believe her. She's just a pathological liar. Iris licked the ice cream from her cone.

Enough about Vanessa. I wanna talk about something else. Chris said, trying to change the subject. Oh, like what? Iris smiled. Like my girlfriend. I wanna invite you over for dinner tonight. Chris took her hand. My mom is already ok with it, but I just wanted to see if you were. He grinned. Yeah, of course I'm ok with it. What time do you want me to come? Iris sounded enthusiastic. How does 6:30, 7:00 ish sound? Chris smiled. I'll be there. Iris leaned in and kissed him. Vanessa watched them kiss with an angry look on her face before leaving.

Later that night, Iris had arrived at Chris's house. Iris. Its good to see you. Thanks for coming. Maddie was joyous as she hugged her. Thanks for inviting me Mrs Stewart. Iris smiled. You're always welcome here, dear. Anytime. Maddie took a seat at the table. She was so happy to see her son happy. And ever since he met Iris, he changed from a sad, lonely depressed boy, to a happy outgoing boy. Iris changed his life for the better. And Maddie could tell that Chris was so in love with her.

Thanks for dinner Mrs Stewart. Iris smiled as she got up from where she was sitting. Oh, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Maddie hugged her goodbye before Chis walked her out. You sure you don't want me to walk you home? He asked. Yeah, I'll be fine. Besides, it's only like a few blocks away from here. She kissed him before leaving. The street was dark and quiet as Iris walked home. Suddenly, she heard footsteps before being grabbed by a stranger in a black hoodie. The stranger pinned her against a wall as Iris screamed for help. Luckily there was a young guy walking past and had heard the commotion. He pulled the stranger off of Iris and tried punching him, but he got away. Are you okay? The guy asked her as Iris breathed.
