After school the following day, Iris had gone over to Vanessa's house as planned. There was nobody at the house when they arrived. They were sitting on Vanessa's bed in her room when she had taken out a small box from under the bed. I want to show you something. She murmured. She opened the box and took out a photo. That's me when I was little and my mom. She said admiring the picture before showing Iris. She's pretty. Iris smiled. Yeah. I miss her everyday. Vanessa sounded sad. Then something in the box had caught Iris's eye. What's that? She asked looking at the picture of a young guy. Oh, its just some guy. Vanessa took the picture out. Who? Iris queried. A guy I used to know. One of my exes I guess. Vanessa kept her eyes on the picture. What happened to him? Inquired Iris.

There was some kind of accident, and he died. Vanessa lied while wiping a tear from her eye. He looks just like Chris. Iris was shocked by the resemblance. Which reminds me... Iris turned to her. I wanted to talk to you about something. I was planning on getting Chis back somehow, but I don't know how. And I could really use your help. Iris explained. Well you've asked the right person. I'm actually a really good expert on these type of things. Vanessa smiled. Really? Like how? Iris was intrigued. Well it started with my first boyfriend, Kale, Vanessa pointed to the picture. Had him gone in maybe a couple of minutes. He  was bleeding so much that day. Vanessa bragged. She was not aware that Iris was recording everything she was saying on her phone.

I mean, I loved him but he was such a jerk. You know, for cheating on me with some slut. And he had to pay. He had to. So I did what I had to do and ended him, Vanessa disclosed. I'll be right back. She placed the small box and pictures on her bed before leaving. Once she was outof view, Iris quickly took a picture of the photo of Kale, then she checked to see if there were more pictures underneath those, and to her surprise there were. There was a picture of Chris in a bathtub with a dog collar over him. Iris couldn't believe her eyes. She checked to see if Vanessa was coming, then she quickly took Vanessa's phone which she had left behind on the bed. Iris tried to open it but it was locked. Chris. She though before punching the name in the key pad.

The phone unlocked as she quickly went to the photo gallery and searching the photos until she came across a video. She played the video and her heart began to pound. It was Chris sitting in a bathtub shirtless and was wearing a dogs collar that was attached to the bathtub. And Vanessa's voice could be heard in the background. Iris was in complete shock. She saw that Vanessa still had her number, so she sent the video to herself. What the hell do you think you're doing? She heard a voice say. Vanessa. Iris jumped. Nothing. I-I was. Iris couldn't think of anything to say.

Save it. You're not really my friend are you? What are you really doing? If I didn't know any better, you're still friends with those dumb friends of yours. And Chris didn't break up with you. You guys are still together. Vanessa said angrily. So this was all a lie? Everything you told me about your friends was a lie. You and Chris are trying to get me back to that mental institute? Is that it? Because I'm not going back there. Not ever. Vanessa growled. Vanessa. Iris tried to speak. Shut up! Vanessa yelled. You know, I just remembered, I have to go. Fretted Iris as she took her bag. You're not going anywhere. Vanessa blocked her path. Iris tried to get past but Vanessa kept blocking. Iris pulled Vanessa by the arms but she did the same thing as they started to fight. Iris then managed to push her back, making her fall over. She tried to run but Vanessa grabbed her leg.

Iris kept kicking her until Vanessa eventually let go. Iris quickly got up and made a beeline for the door. She had finally got the evidence she needed to stop Vanessa once and for all.
