Chapter 2

Hayley's POV

"It's been two fucking hours where the hell are they." I said rolling my eyes.

"I'm not sure, have you tried calling?" Emma asks while wrapping a fuzzy blue blanket around her body.

"Yeah I've texted all of them 20 times and called 8 times." I said twirling my hair.

"Maybe there isn't any service in Pizza Hut?"

"Emma we've all been there multiple times. I've called Diego once while we ate pizza and I had service." I snapped.

"Well then who knows, maybe they ran into Felix walking Edgar?" Nakia says walking out of the bathroom.

"Why the hell would (Brunette) Katie's boyfriend be out at 4 in the morning walking a dog." I said rolling my eyes.

"He's weird like that, remember once when he just walked into my house and grabbed a bottle of water and left?" Emma says laughing. I roll my eyes at her because it wasn't even that funny. I grabbed my phone out of my pocket, checking it multiple times for any new messages, I sighed as I saw none. "4:28 AM" my phone read and they still haven't shown up. I wonder if they went over to Diego's house, he doesn't live that far away from here.

"I'll text Diego and see if they happened to go over there." I said looking at my friends as they nodded in response.

Me: Hey babe are Janice and the two Katie's over at your place?

Babe<3: No, only Michael is here. Why? Is everything okay?

Fuck they aren't there.. feeling the lump in my throat expand, making me want to hide in a corner and cry. I was worried sick about them, hoping that they didn't get kidnapped or something, they'll probably be coming home soon right?

Me: We asked them to go get pizza and it's been 2 hours and they haven't returned and I'm getting worried and pissy because I don't have pizza ):

Babe<3: Oh god that's not good, baby I'll come pick you up and get you pizza, okay?

Me: Okay, but what about my friends?

As soon as I sent the text, I looked over at Emma and Nakia. Both where sitting on the couch looking down, deep in thought. I could tell Emma was on the verge of crying, she pulled the blanket up to her face and sat in a ball on the couch.

Nakia sat straight up staring down at the wood floor. I felt a vibrate on my knee and looked down at my phone.

Babe<3: I bet they'll be back soon, I'm leaving now okay?

Me: Okay, see you in 5 ily

I got up off the couch and walked over to the door. As I start to put on my new boots, Emma looked up at me and stood up off the couch. The closer she got, the more visible her tears were as I saw them coming down her face.

"What are you doing? Aren't you staying?" She asks me concerned but weak.

"Diego is picking me up, I'm going to look with him for the others, I'll call you if I see anything, okay?" I say trying my best to flash a smile.

"Call us no matter what, we can't lose you now either, anyone actually." Nakia says looking directly at me. I walk up to them both and give them a tight hug hoping that they would understand that everything is going to be okay.

"I'll be safe I promise." I said smiling at them. As soon as I see headlights through the window, I figured that was my cue to go. I wave at my best friends and walk out the door. The cold blowing my hair behind me as I walk up to Diego's car.

I open the passenger door and hop in.

"Damn it's cold out." I say looking at Diego. He isn't looking at me, he's looking down at my phone which I just set on top of my lap.

"Agreed." He said, looking as me while shrugging.

"So where do you wanna go first?"

"L...Loo..Look at your phone." He says shaking.

I looked down at my phone and saw that I had a new message, from (Brunette) Katie..

Katie❊: The three girls are mine. Meet me in the tunnel, you know what one I'm talking about(:
