For Whom the Bell Tolls

7 1 1

For whom the bell tolls,
I do not know.
Can you hear it?
Through the clear air,
ringing.
To the common folk,
singing.

For whom the bell calls,
I do not know.
Can you feel it?
In ever mind,
searching.
To every soul,
haunting.

For whom the bell taunts,
I dare not ask.
Can you bear it?
Within every heart,
pounding.
Without every body,
waiting.
