Laying on the bottom,
How far have you fallen?
Gown made of cotton,
A day of your life stolen.Blood frozen in your veins,
You couldn't help but scream.
Thawed in the rain.
It was just a bad dream.Have you ever felt pain like that?
Thinking you're going to die?
They think you're a brat,
All you do is lie.Climbing from the bottom,
How far have you come?
Finally got your bottle,
The worst part is done.Blood roaring through the world,
You want to push as hard.
You still haven't learned
How much you were spared.Have you ever felt pain like that?
Lingers until you miss it.
You'll find it where it's at,
Eyes narrow and teeth grit.Don't you know it's okay
To live a life softly?
You of all have a say,
You don't have to live awfully.
