BETTY'S POV
It was a great day today and I was really excited. Jug, Archie, Kevin, Archie, Veronica, Cheryl and Toni were coming to my house for a sleepover since my parents were out of town. I loved these moments of peace when we could do normal teenage things and not worry about Riverdale's never-ending mysteries, murders, incest, crazy families and secrets. I changed into a set of pink, lacy pyjamas and waited for them to arrive. I started making popcorn for us when the bell rang and they all entered with bags.
"Hey guys," I beamed at them.
They all muttered their hellos and stepped inside. Jug hung back and kissed me softly once everyone had gone inside.
"Awww bughead," Kevin yelled and we pulled away, flustered but still laughing.
I went and brought the now done popcorn and ordered 4 pepperoni pizzas for us: one entire one for Jug since he had a huge appetite and fast metabolism as he says. I brought some blankets for us to cuddle in and I handed everyone popcorn and the now arrived pizzas. I sat besides Jug and he shook his head and I looked at him confused. He smirked at me and pulled me in his lap. I rolled my eyes, but still pecked his lips. Kevin looked like he was going to explode from the cuteness.
Soon we got down to eat it all, Jug almost ate all of it. We had lots of fun with music and lively conversations. Soon we went to bed since we were exhausted. I cuddled close into Jug and he wrapped his arms around me protectively.
"Good night Betty, I love you," he whispered.
"Good night, love you too," I muttered before letting sleep embrace me.
