A Mugging Gone Wrong

Izuku honestly did not know how it happened, all he knew was one minute he was following Present Mic on patrol and the next he was in an alley, standing on top of an admittedly sketchy dude with a girl thanking him over and over.

It was just Tsukauchi's luck that this case was assigned to him instead of a low level officer. He will admit though, that this was one of the easier, cut and dry, cases he got from Midoriya, so he couldn't complain all that much.

The story essentially went like this:

Haruku Mika was walking home from school when she was grabbed off the street and cornered in the alley by the repeat offender Takahashi Anki. The man tried to mug her, flashing a knife and demanding her bag. Haruku's quirk (Hoyo: the ability to make someone want to hug her) flared for a moment before she could control it. Takahashi obviously felt the urge to hug her and rightfully assumed it was her quirk.

Takahashi then taunted, "is that your quirk? That's sad. It's gonna take more than hugs to save you." At which point, a flash of green light (now being attributed to Midoriya's arrival) appeared and flattened Takahashi. Midoriya then pulled Haruku into a hug to calm her down and waited for police to arrive.

During that time, Present Mic (Midoriya's monitor hero) only noticed he was missing after the police cars drove past him.

Sometimes, Tsukauchi really wonders if Midoriya had an original quirk of being summoned by the word 'hugs', but that was neither here not there.

Quirk Question: Since Hagakure's quirk is invisibility, once she puts something in her mouth, it disappears, right? So theoretically, she could put something in her mouth to hide it while doing hero work/stealth missions, right? So then, does the same affect happen when she holds something in her hands? Since technically, if all sides of the object are covered by her skin, it would be no different than something going in her mouth, right?
So then, following that, wouldn't it make sense if anything her skin is covering from the view of eyes or cameras would also be invisible? In which case, where does her quirk decide between what's background and what's something to make invisible? Would it be anything she's touching while being covered by her skin is invisible while anything that isn't touching, but is still covered by her skin, background? As in, parts of her phone where her fingers are would be invisible, but other things, such as her clothes are not? If so, then wouldn't she have to be careful of where she touches? Like if she backs into a wall while in stealth mode, and someone sees, wouldn't the wall behind her also turn invisible where her skin is touching?
Does her hair count? Since it is also invisible, if an object was wrapped in her hair, would it become invisible too?

There is so much more I wonder about with her quirk, but I don't want to overwhelm you with an even bigger block of text, so I'll stop here, leave your thoughts in the comments, I'm interested in what people think. Sorry if none of this is understandable, I did this at like 5am when it dawned on me while reading a BatFam fanfic, so I'm pretty out of it right now.

Oof, when your notes are longer than your chapter...
