I push the door open to 111.

I push the cart in with my stomach and feel on the wall for the light, finally finding it I flick it on, and I instantly want to turn it back off.

The bed is a disaster. The pillowcases are off of the pillows and scattered everywhere, the sheets are tangled in a knot on top of the bed, the blanket is halfway off the bed, and there is a big red stain on the sheet that I'm hoping is juice. There is trash all over the floor, there are smears on the mirrors, and the tv is blaring.

I make my way into the room and shut the door behind me. I place my hands on my hips and examine the room, trying to figure out where to start. I quickly decided to start in the bathroom. I walk in the bathroom, pulling the cart with me.

First things first, the counter. It's all disorganized, and cluttered.

I clear off all the trash, throwing it in the trash bag that is kept on the cart, and then I grab the cleaner for the toilet, and squirt some in there, I let it sit while I clean the shower, scrubbing it from top to bottom, then back up again. I srub the inside, and around the sides, spraying hot water out of the shower head to rinse it off. I gently place the shower head back in its holder, and then make my way to the toilet.

I take the toilet brush, and swish the water around in the toilet, making sure to get the inside and around the edges very well. I flush the toilet when I'm done, and then I make my way to the outside of the toilet, swapping the brush for a hot wet rag, and scrubbing the outside and the sides of the toilet. I ring out the rag in the sink, and then place it on the outer side of the cart, so its hanging to dry.

I wipe my hands on the towel that I have hanging on the same side of the cart. I move the cart slightly out of the bathroom, and then start on the counter. I grab the same cleaner I used for the shower, and change the setting from 'squirt' to 'spray'. I don't think those are the actual names but they are today.

I spray it on the counter, and then take a different rag from the cart and wipe them down, making sure I scrub hard. I dip the rag in the sink, cleaning and scrubbing around in that too, and then I quickly take it and work on the faucets. After all of the smudges on the facet are gone, I use a glass cleaner on the mirror, and wipe it down with paper towel, going in circles so it doesn't smear.

After I finish the mirror, I look at myself. I don't look tired, but I look worn out. My brown hair is straight, and it all is in the pony tail that I previously put in, except for the little pieces of hair that are sticking out. I sigh and turn off the bathroom light, making my way back into the room.

I close the bathroom door behind me, and start picking up the trash in the room. I take the trash to the cart, and then put the cart in front of the tv. I continue to pick up the trash. After I finish that, I take off all the bedding and place it in the bottom of the cart, where the small basket is.

I take the new bedding off of the cart, and begin putting it on the bed. First the sheet, making sure I tuck it in tightly, leaving no wrinkles, and then I do the same with the flat sheet and the comforter. I take the pillow cases, and place them on the pillows, then I neatly put them at the head of the bed. After I finish the bed, I take a look at it and smile. Perfect.

After the bed is completely finished and to my liking, I work on the tv stand in the room. Clearing it of the trash. I take a hot wet rag and wipe down the dust, removing all finger prints and dust, and then I make my way to the mirror in the room, and wipe that down like I did the mirror in the bathroom.

I throw the trash away, and then I go to the tiny linen closet in the corner of the room and pull out the broom and vacuum. I make my way into the bathroom and quickly sweep it, dumping the dust pan in the trash bag as I walk past it.

I put the broom back, and then I open the door to the room, and set my cart outside, to get it out the way. I head back in the room, leaving the door open and start vacuuming, after I finish I put the vacuum back in the closet, and then head back out into the hall.

I lock the door behind me, and start towards the end of the hall to throw all of the bedding down the laundry shoot, and then I put the trash into the large trash can sitting in a corner.

I organize my cart a little more, and then I head towards room 112. The first room wasn't so bad, and I hope this one isn't either.

After my shift, I say goodbye to Loveta, and I head out to the BMW. I get in the car, and shut the door with a sigh.

I am so tired.

I place my bag of clothes on the passenger seat next to me, and put my seat belt on. Today wasn't so bad. The worse room was 113, and I think that's because they had 5 kids in there.

I head back to my hotel room.

When I get there, I go up to my room, and key myself in.

I shut the door behind me, take my shoes off at the door, and I place my apron on the table. I shrug my jacket off and lay it on the back of the couch.

I make my way to the bathroom and start a hot shower. After I start the shower, I go back into the living room, and gather all my dirty clothes, stripping myself of my uniform and adding it to the pile, I throw it all into the hotel basket by the door, I grab my phone, put on music, and head back into the bathroom.

The hot water instantly relaxes me and takes away the days work. After I wash every inch of my body, I get out.

I make my way to the bed where my duffel bag lays, and grab out some jogging pants and a tank top. I throw the duffel bag on the floor and toss my towel into the basket. I pad my way back into the bathroom and grab my phone.

Making my way back to the bed, I set an alarm on my phone for 7 am and place it on my nightstand.

Loveta told me I get paid weekly, I can theoretically make my own schedule, and I can work as long as I want.

I worked for 6 hours today, making my total $120.

I'm too tired to figure out how long I will have to keep this job before I can get a house, apartment, or even a little cottage.

I snuggle deep into the covers and welcome sleep eagerly.
