Sunlight-Do opposites attract?

16- not like it seems

for most of the chapter, Sci-Twi refers to Twi from this dimension and Twilight refers to Princess Twi.

Sunset's P.O.V
We all went into the foyer to greet Twilight. We hadn't seen each other in a very long time, but in the end,  I shouldn't be stressed about this.... right?
I looked at my girlfriend who was staring expectantly at the door, when she saw me staring at her, she gave me a smile and I smiled slightly as well.
Pinkie finally opened the door and we saw Princess Twilight.

- Hey Twilight! -  Pinkie greeted her and opened the door wider so that the girl could see us all - Everyone is already here!

"Hey," Princess Twilight waved at us and walked over to each of the girls to say hi.
When she got to Sci-Twi, she asked if she should bow to her since she was a princess, to which Twilight laughed and waved dissmisively with her hand and they shared a handshake instead. Finally it was my turn. Twilight's eyes ran over my body from top to bottom until she finally stopped in front of my eyes. Ok?...

"Hey Sunset," she greeted me with a smile. "We haven't seen each other for a bit, huh?"

"Hey, ye we didn't" I nodded, and after a while I felt that I was embraced by the purple haired girl.
I patted her on the back and finally she stopped hugging me.

"I missed you a little" Twilight admitted, staring shyly at the ground.

"Me too" I admitted, which was partially true.
I casted a quick glance over Twi's shoulder to see if my girl was jealous, but she gave me a thumbs-up at which I smiled.
"Okay, let's go to the living room" Pinkie encouraged us, and we obeyed. Pinkie brought drinks and snacks and she put on Pitch Perfect 2. The movie was even kinda fun and the whole time Sci-Twi was by my side which made me a little distracted but oh well.
But I noticed that Twilight was giving me some strange looks from the other side of the couch. As if she was .... jealous?
About me and Sci-Twi? I did not understand why this should be so, after all, I told her that I liked her and the princess herself encouraged me to do something about it.
I made my mind that I had to find out what was going on.

I didn't like having a confusing situation. After the movie, Pinkie turned on some party music and the girls started dancing.

- Um babe? - I turned to my girlfriend - I need to talk to the princess about something ok? I'll be  right back.

"Okay," Sci-Twi shrugged, just come back soon.

"Sure thing," I laughed and winked at her at which she giggled. Before I went to princess Twi I gave a her a kiss on the cheek.
I turned to the human equivalent of Sci-Twi. When she saw me, there was a strange flash in her eyes that I couldn't quite identify.

- Umm Twilight - I started, not really knowing how to go about it.

“Yes?” She asked with a slight smile.

"Is there anything you want to tell me because you're acting a little ... different than usual," I said as directly as I could, hoping she would contradict my words. Twilight blushed slightly and nodded.

"A- actually, yes, but I'd rather not say it like that in front of everyone ... it's quite personal"- violet-haired girl confirmed my concerns.

"Okay," I said, raising one eyebrow, afraid of what it might be. "Then why don't you tell me ..... in the kitchen?" There shouldn't be anybody there right now.

- Sure - she was glad that I suggested that and grabbed my wrist and dragged me into the aforementioned room.

- Ok, what is it? - I asked noting that her hand was still resting on my wrist. Twilight nervously rubbed her arm and took a deep breath.
