3- Rainbow ships it

We sat at Ponybucks for so long that now we had to run to make it to our lessons. I can already hear what Rainbow is gonna say about the two of us being late .... We were lucky that the cafe was close to school.

"When we get into the class, I'll say it's your fault," I murmured to Twilight, waiting for her reaction.

- Mine ?! - purple-haired girl pretended to gasp in shock and thrn she nudged me lightly on the shoulder, which we both laughed at. When we stopped laughing, she added seriously - And now seriously, stop talking to me and let's go because in a minute the bell is gonna ring!
Twilight was so focused on getting into class before the bell that she quickly grabbed my hand and ran toward the classroom, and I didn't even have time to react. I know that friends sometimes hold hands ... except that I think I was slowly starting to see that I am beginning to see her as more than just a friend.

- Sunset!- Twilight snapped her fingers in front of my face and pointed to the door to the classroom - are you coming in? -she smiled slightly.
- Oh..yeah right. I am sorry I got lost in for a second - so much that I didn't even notice that we already were in the school .... eh I have to really work on my concentration.

"I noticed," Twi chuckled.

I opened the door to the classroom and entered with her. Currently, there was a literature lesson (Polish? Idk If J should write as it is in a Polish school or not xd! - the author) with Mrs. Cherilee. Everyone in the room was staring at the two of us, which was ... quite awkward. The teacher looked at us and commented on the two of us being late:
-You two - she sighed heavily, but she was slightly smiling while saying that. - I hope it is the last time you two are late to class.

"It won't happen again, Professor," Twilight assured her, blushing slightly, she looked super adorable with red cheeks.
After this exchange, we took our permanent seats, and Mrs. Cherilee continued with her lesson. I took a seat in a bench next to Rainbow Dash ... oh that's just my luck!
Of course, she couldn't help herself and commented:
"Well, I see you and Twilight are spending more and more time together," she said with a mischievous smile on her lips.
"Nothing to talk about," I answered her in a whisper and began to pull out the books I needed from the bag under the bench .
- Are you sure ? - she drilled the subject while slightly raising a single eyebrow.
- Yes, I am - I said firmly, because in the end if I do not want to tell her about it she should stop bugging me about it.
- But for suuuure? she asked quietly, dragging one vowel.
- Rainbow can you finally just shut - but I was not able to finish, because the teacher noticed our conversation.

- Sunset, what's the matter with you today? asked Mrs. Cherilee, looking at me with a strange expression on her face. - First you werr late and now you are talking during my lesson.

"Actually, it was kinda my fault that she were late" Twilight added quietly, but loud enough that the teacher could hear it.

"Well, it doesn't really matter," she sighed, massaging her temple as if she had a headache - coming back to the subject ...
After this short dialogue, I threw a quick glance towards Twi that was sitting on the other side of the room, she saw my gaze and replied to it with a wink and I smiled at her. Just a few weeks ago I wouldn't expect such boldness from her.
"Yhym," Rainbow said more quietly than before, "there is definietly something up".
But I decided to ignore her comment .... just like the fact that then throughout the whole lesson, the rainbow-haired girl was quietly humming "Can you feel the love tonight". Which I gotta admit that was kinda funny but only a little bit.

Ok, so I figured that I am gonna finish this chapter on that ... every chapter has over 500 words, this one has about 700 words. I hope you liked this one and generally I don't know how it will be with updates it can be tough because of how many homework my teachers give me ., but you can see that it got a little better compared to last week, so keep your fingers crossed haha ​​and stay healthy of course and take care of yourself :) Regards RavenHuffle (big Jori and Sunlight shipper) btw someday I gotta write a ff about Jori as well , but no promises !
