The it boy 🖤

The begining

It was my first day of 8th grade and I was terrified, I knew maybe two people in my class but I wasn't really close with them, so I had basically no friends. I was definitely panicking but when I jumped out the car I was greeted my friends from last year and another girl who I wasn't too familiar with. She was tall with long black hair and was wearing a big smile on her face, she always seemed to be a nice person so I was happy to officially meet her.

"Hi! I'm Aubrey, I think we're in the same class, wait what class are you in??" She said smiling "8G I think." I said with a nervous expression on my face "yep that's the one! Yayy I'm so glad I'm not completely alone" she said giggling. We continued to talk for a while before it was time to go to our first class, the bell rang and we walked to our first class which was home room.

"I still dont get why our home room class is a science classroom, wait maybe they're using us to experiment on." We both laughed and walked inside the room, when we got inside I saw a bunch of people sitting in groups at different tables but there was a particular group of boys that caught my eye. The group maybe had about 4 or 5 different boys sitting on around a table laughing and messing around, they were not your regular popular guys though they were people I had never seen at school before.

"Helloooo, are you listening? I was asking if we should go sit in that corner or not." Oh shit I must have zoned out, I thought. I nodded at Aubrey and we went to sit down and that's when I saw him. He wasn't particularly tall but was definitely taller than me, he had dark brown eyes and blackish brown hair parted down the middle. "Oi!"

"do you think he saw me staring?" I asked Aubrey "well I think you're about to find out". Before I knew it I saw the boy standing in front of me, he stuck his hand out and had a small smile on his face "I saw you staring so I thought I'd introduce myself, I'm Felix and you are?" "I'm y/n" I said with an awkward smile. "Oi! Stop flirting and come watch me play minecraft" said one of his friends. He simply blushed and walked back to his friends. If only I knew what this newly found friendship would turn out to be.
