I wake up in a hospital bed.
"Guh. Where am I?" I say to myself dazely.
A dark figure steps out of the shadows.
"You're in a hossspital, my dear," he tells me.
"Huh? What do you mean?" I ask him, starting to sound very confused.
"Don't you remember what happened? About the accccident that you had sssurvived?"
My eyes widen as I start to relive the horrid nightmare that had occurred only hours ago. I shudder.
"Mussst be heartbreaking, losssing your parentsss in sssuch a terrible tragedy," the older boy whispers to me, sitting on the edge of the bed.
I nod my head and look down.
"Hey, don't be sssad," he says, squeezing my shoulder.
"I don't know how my brothers are going to take the news of their deaths," I say in a miserable voice.
"Neither do I. By the way, I'm Nick."
I smile.
"I'm Ciera." I tell him.
"Nice to meet you Ciera," Nick replies.
I stare at him with pure terror. He grins.
"Ssso you do remember," Nick says with a smirk on his face.
I don't dare say a single word. He laughs, bending down to look at my frightened face.
"You were sssuch a sssweet girl," Nick whispers, touching my cheek with a warm hand. "I am sssorry Ccciera, but you have to come with me."
"W-why," I choke out.
"Becaussse my bosss told me to bring you to him," Nick replies.
I feel something sting my arm, and my vision blurs. The next thing I knew, I was pulled into a dark van, and I reaized that I had been abducted.
