Chapter 23

Blossom kept kicking and screaming and she did try to bite Drew while he carried her. When they got to Scott's room, he didn't ask anything when he saw them, just got a gurney they could put Blossom on. It took all of them to hold her down and get her restrained. Daisy left to go let Harper know they found Blossom and where they had her.

"Blossom, you need to settle down, please. We'll figure out what's going on." I said. She let me hold her hand and she stopped screaming.

"What's wrong with me?" She asked.

"We want Scott to check you out in case you're infected." I said.

"But I never got bit I swear." She said her voice starting to rise again.

"No you weren't we checked you for bites when you got here, what we didn't consider was the fact that the twins were infected and they raped you." Scott told her as he took her other hand, "The tests I'm going to run may cause a miscarriage."

"I'm ok with that. Can you fix me?" she said.

"I'm going to do everything I can. I won't let you slip away without a fight ok?" Scott said, "But that does mean I need you to cooperate and we will have to isolate you as much as we can."

"I'll do whatever you want me to do." She said.

Daisy walked into the room followed by Harper.

"Why do you have her tied up? You could hurt the baby." She said as she ran to Blossoms side checking the tightness of the strap going over her abdomen.

"I don't want to have their baby." Blossom said and batted at Harper's hands as best as she could with the restraints.

"You might change your mind." Harper said.

"I'm not going to and they have run tests on me that may cause a miscarriage anyway." Blossom said.

"What tests?" Harper asked.

"We think she might be infected." Scott told her.

"That's not possible she wasn't bit you all checked her." She said.

"We didn't think about the infection being spread by fluids." Scott told her.

"You are not taking m-her baby." Harper said.

"You have no say in this Harper." Blossom said.

"I'm trying to do what's best for you and protect you." Harper said.

"No you're a lying bitch all you've ever done is protect yourself. You encouraged Kassidy, Justine and me to be rebellious and try to get us out. You knew what would happen to us." Blossom was screaming at her. Harper looked at us and laughed it off. Scott and Drew rolled Blossom into the lab that was attached to the room. They shut the door behind them.

"Why did Blossom say those things?" Daisy asked.

"Who knows, stress?" Harper said, "I'm going to go grab her things from her room. Maybe she'll feel better with those around."

I looked at Daisy as she left.

"Something is up." I said.

"I agree. Do you think Blossom is telling the truth or do you think she's really going crazed?" she said.

"Hey Scott said all of you can come in here." Drew called from the lab door. We followed him in to find Blossom set up in a hospital bed. Her ankles were still restrained but her hands were free and she was drinking something Scott handed her.

"You up for talking?" I asked.

"Let me guess you want to know what I was talking about when Harper was here." She said.
