Lexi's P.O.V. 

I'm so excited today is my big 18th birthday. 

Usually I don't like to party and I don't do anything for it but my mother has very happy news that I will "love" and so she's letting me have a party but I have to clean up after everyone during it. 

I saw that coming! 

Lazys! 

During the party I stop listening to my mother a long time ago, she kept bugging the shit out of me that I have to clean or get the food. 

What really got under her's and Charlotte's skin was Chloe. 

They "thought" that could Chlo and I from being my best friends. 

But what is weird it looks like she is with James best friend Brandon Lancaster. 

I got little closer look of the adorable couple and I couldn't actually believe standing in front of me is a guy I have met at the coffee shop but lost connection with him. 

"Brandon is that really you?" I ask standing in front of them. 

"In the flash" he said pulling Chloe and I in a big hug. We hug him back. 

I was talking to him and Chloe getting details about when they started dating. 

I couldn't stop awing at the adorable couple but I couldn't help but feel eyes one me. 

I turn around but when I do there's nobody there. 

Hiding in the sea of people aren't you! 

"excuse me! Can I have all attention right now!" Charlotte's annoying voice said making people roll there eyes and putting on fake smiles

Chloe, Brandon and I went to the front row to see James getting down on one knee. 

"Is he doing" I said 

"What I think he's doing" Chloe said with her mouth dropped to the floor like what mine is.

"Yup!" Brandon said popping the p but annoyed in his voice. 

"YES!!!" Charlotte yelled out I couldn't help but have my heart break again.

Getting a evil smirk from Charlotte and mother that was just a set up to ruin my birthday again. 

I ran out from the sea of people going to the park.

This has been the worse birthday of my life. 

I set down on the swing just thinking till I felt someone next to me. 

"Lexi" a guy voice that sounded like James voice said. 

I looked at the guy to actually see the guy who has broken me.

James....

"What do you want James!? Haven't you already caused enough damage for me!" I yelled at him pissed off. 

"I just wanted to say sorry for everything" He said. 

I got off the swing and gave him a dirty look

"YOUR SORRY! WHAT IS THERE TO BE SORRY ABOUT! ARE YOU SORRY THAT CHARLOTTE, MY MOTHER AND YOU HAVE BULLIED ME ALL MY LIFE.. ARE YOU SORRY THAT YOUR IN ENGAGED TO CHARLOTTE JUST FOR MONEY. ARE YOU SORRY THAT ALL YOU HAVE DONE IS BREAK MY FUCKING HEART!!!! YOU KNOW WHAT JAMES I'M DONE WITH YOURS, CHARLOTTE'S AND MOTHER SHIT! HAVE A GOOD LIFE! I shouted at him having more tears come out of my eyes.
