With the sun now blazing down against everyone, and that it was partly cloudy, things was tense.

Acronix have proven to be a amazing warrior out of all of them. Even lloyd came to his own match, but still was defeating single handedly. It took no time for another round to start, this time in weapon skill battle. Acronix was equipt with a sword, which he is familiar of. And going against Kai, who knows how to weild the sword the most, it's a interesting sight to see.

Though there was a couple of laughs here and there before hand when Acronix critic the ninjas footwork in hand combat. But it came down to seriousness when Acronix was up against Kai.

Acronix didn't dare to make the first move as they circled each other, Acronix and Kai both wore vengestone rings to prevent their elements. It was recommended by Lloyd that they did so before they could actually test out Acronix's element. It being very quiet and only sound was the footsteps and their own heavy breathing. It became very tense. Nixy kept his eyes on Kai, not letting him out of his sight. Kai however, was getting angry that nothing was happening.

It's just what Acronix needed to happen as Kai decided to run at him at full speed. Their goal was to get the other down. But Acronix already strategized that. Acronix swiftly bent his body back after angling his feet to dodge the blade. But it gave him an advantage to push up and turn his body to strike a low blow. Fixing his own body swiftly for a better posture. But Kai simply jumped over the passing blade and had his own come down, Acronix quickly blocking the sword at a 60° angle.

Acronix glared at him before he widen his stance and pushed with one leg to the side to be away from the blades strike. But also so that he could get out of that position. The blades slid off each other and Acronix took the liberty to swing the flat part of the blade at Kai's ankle. Landing a successful blow on the bone, but no mark to be made. Kai let out a yelp and was wanting to bend down, though he didnt want to loose.

Acronix grunted in pain when his sensitive hip had meet the flat side of the blade. Which had weakened his fast pace. Kai took the advantage to knock Acronix's sword out of his hand and slipped him onto his back. High in victory as he pointed the blade at Acronix. Who was still visibly in pain.

Acronix grinned and got helped up, but his left leg was itching with tingles. It didnt have him to last long on his feet as he actually dropped to the ground. Holding his hip. "Oh shit, Acronix did I hurt you that badly? I didn't mean to!" Kai paniced. Though Acronix tried to say he was fine, but he couldn't make a exact word at the moment. He took a deep breath before he smiled slightly. "Its..fine..im just really...sensitive there..." he said.

He made himself get up, trying to bare the pain. But lloyd had him sit down. "Dont force yourself to stand up if you're hurt. Training can be put off till you're ready to move around again. Us all could finish up what we have started." The green ninja said as he softly smiled at the twin. Acronix quietly nodded and his mind cut out Lloyd speaking to the others. Thinking of something.

Though his phone beeped. He took out his phone to see what caused it to beep. A news report have just popped up in his notifications. He clicked on it to see a screenshot of Cyrus and himself barely out of frame. He could tell it was him because he could recall being the only one to fall asleep next to cyrus. It made his heart skip a beat when he read the caption. 'Famous Inventor, Cyrus Borg, with a mistress?' Leading to the main article.

'A hacker recently had managed to infiltrate a private call with Cyrus Borg and one of his Droid creations. The hacker posted the image of Cyrus borg laying next to a person with black hair. Though the person is unknown and is likely to have managed to catch the eye of Cyrus Borg. Whos the lucky mistress? Who knows.' Acronix frowned a bit at them assuming he was a female. "This letter is stupid all honesty." He muttered.

"You just saw the article? Apparently Cyrus Borg finally founded someone to settle down with. But he never decided to tell us yet. We though respect his privacy." Jay said since he heard Nixy. Acronix didn't know what to say to that, as he still wanted their relationship to stay private. "Wonder who it could be, I would of known who it was since I'm constantly around him." He said to the blue ninja. Who's appearance has changed since he last sawn him.

"Who knows. Best not to pressure him. As there's apparently already enough as it is on him", Jay said as he frowned a bit. Acronix nodded as he turned off his phone. "Hey, pardon me for asking. But how come your hip is so sensitive?" Jay asked as he sat down next to him. "Well..." Acronix trailed off a bit. "I landed on it the wrong way and it may of bruised it badly. It happened before all of this, 40 years ago. My brother has a weak point as well, but that was caused by his fall from the vortex." He explained.

Jay got the thought and stayed quiet for it. 'So next time krux tries to attack, his knee could give out by any point.' Was the thought before multiple phones started going off. Jay took his out to see what was going on, his eyes widen at the notification. Clicking on it, the news explains.

"Hello ninjago, I'm Gail Gossip, Just moments ago, a building has been CAUGHT on fire at precisely 11 AM. The cause of the fire is still unknown to us. But we founded a tape recorder with the note saying 'play me for my twin to see'. We are getting it set up to see what is the message behind the note." The woman explained, before it cut to another reporter. "Hello ninjago, im here at the ninjagos prison, having word that there was a break IN. Security footage shows a black haired male entering the building by blowing a hole in its wall. But exiting the building with two prisoners named, The Mechanic, and Captain Soto. [Aha-] along with their own crew. Something big and dangerous is surely to happen. But question is, where is the ninjas?"

It though, cut back to Gail and the recording has started playing with krux standing in a room. "Ninjago, I know you're very aware with the time twins. And how my twin saved a girl from suicide. Well precisely every hour. A random building will alight. I dont care who is in the building, but if my twin does not meet me and my newly found crew at a precise location. I will not hesitate to kill the one he oh so deeply loves. Rumors are spreading, and so is fire. You have until the 4th building is alight before he is dead. Remember, every building gets set on fire at exactly the next hour."

The tape just cuts off with a laughter. Acronix felt his blood run cold. Even tears threatened his eyes. He looked to the others for help, desperate help. No one knew what to say, it was now very serious.

And that Acronix had very little time to make his official choice...
