Don't do online school in your PJs. Just- Don't. I know that you're at home, and you don't have to follow the same dress code as usual, but still get dressed for the day.
If you wear clothes that you might normally wear to school, you'll more likely be more in the mindset of school. If you're wearing pajamas, you probably won't.
I really don't know what else to say about this.
