You already know what I'm gonna say...
OOC...
Also I just got this idea and decided to write it down..
So it prolly won't be the best.

Kurumi's POV

I was chopping up some fresh vegetables for dinner tonight. I was making chicken Katsu with rice and some assorted veggies. But while I was chopping them I heard something. Papa wasn't home so it wouldn't have been him. I went to further investigate and heard it coming from Ku-chan's room.

I opened the door to his room. I thought he was just watching a tv show but once I opened the door, the room was dark. "Ku-chan?" I asked timidly. I walked in further to his room and flicked the lamp on. When I turned around I saw Kusuo sitting on the floor, knees drawn up to his chest and shoulders shaking. "Ku-chan!" I cried out. I knelt down beside him and put my hand on the back of his head.

His breathing was coming in fast and shallow. "Ku-chan, are you alright?" I asked him. But the respond I was waiting for never came. "Kusuo look at me please." I told him softly, as to not upset him further. He looked up hesitantly.

His eyes were red and puffy, his lip and chin were trembling, his eyebrows were furrowed. It was heartbreaking. Out of pure mama-bear instinct, I pulled him into a hug, which he was hesitant to return. But he did return it. He held on like his life depended on it.

His sobs came out fast and strong. "Shhh, it's alright, Ku. Everything's alright. I'm here." I cooed. He only held on tighter. What on earth could've caused him to cry?

Kusuo's POV

Even I don't really know why I'm crying. I guess all the voices of our neighbors were just too much. Even I get overwhelmed sometimes. There were also a lot of frightening thoughts such as (TW); self-harm, murder, and just death in general. I've heard thoughts like that before but when they come in fast like that it gets hard to handle.

Third POV

"It's okay, Ku-chan. What's wrong?" Kurumi asked. Saiki just continued to cry. "Ku, please.." she pleaded.

"J-just....make t-them s-stop....please.." he replied shakily.

"Huh? Make what stop?" She asked. Saiki sniffled miserably and lifted his head from his mother's shoulder.

-the voices...-

Kurumi paused and put her hand on her son's cheek before saying. "I know, sweetheart. I know. It can be hard, huh? Hearing everyone's thoughts all the time. Why don't you put on your fancy ring?" She replied comfortingly. Saiki didn't even think about that. Still sniffling he grabbed it off his nightstand and slipped it onto his finger.

He was still feeling overwhelmed. He still wanted his mother to hold him. Abandoning all dignity, Saiki stretched out his arms in a way asking for a hug and couldn't help the small pout that came across his face. Kurumi laughed lightly and welcomed her son into her arms. They both hugged each other tightly and rocked back and forth.

Kurumi carded her fingers through Kusuo's hair in a comforting manner while he calmed down. "I'm here, Ku-chan." She spoke softly and warmly.

"Mama's here.."

Bonus:

Kuniharu just got back from work. He called out for Kurumi and Kusuo but no one answered. He looked around until he finally found them in Kusuo's room. He saw them hugging on the floor and thought "that is so adorable" before kneeling down to join in on the hug.
