Third Person POV
Ella begins to lead the boys through the confusing forest. Making sure to look behind her at the boys every minute. Just to make sure none of them get lost. "Ella, how long till we get out of the woods?" Ritchie asks the girl. Ella thinks for a moment. "If none of you get lost. We will be out of here within two hours. And once we are out of here it will take us an hour to half an hour to get to our location." Ella answers Ritchie. "That will take us less time than walking on the highway. But I understand why you didn't take us in here to begin with." Ritchie says.
Ella nods, glad that Ritchie understands. "I actually ran from you a couple of times and ran in here." Ella says with a small smirk. Ritchie chuckles and shakes his head. "Of course you hid in here from me." Ritchie says. After that, they all fall into a silence. That is until Xylo stops walking and he looks around. "Uh, where is Inmo?" Xylo asks. Ella stops walking along with the other two. "Well fuck. When was the last time someone saw him?" Ella asks. "Um, about three minutes ago, I was walking next to him and then I started walking ahead of him." Xylo tells the girl.
Ella nods her head. "Ok. So what is going to happen, is you three are going to stay here. Y'all can sit or stand. Just stay here. I will be back soon with Inmo. DOnt be fucking stupid." Ella tells the three boys. "Be careful Ella." Ritchie tells her. Ella just nods to him and begins to walk back the way they had all come from. "Welp, we're dead here." Ella hears Xylo say as she walks off. Ella doesn't respond to him. Instead she just keeps walking. It doesn't take Ella long to find the white haired masked man.
"There you are. Lets fucking go back to everyone else." Ella says as she walks up to him. But Inmo doesn't answer her. Instead he begins to laugh evilly. "The hell is wrong with you?" Ella asks, feeling off about him. Ino laughs more and trunks around to face her. His mask off and a needle in his hand. His eyes wide and filled with insanity. "What the hell?" Ella asks as Inmo begins to walk towards her. "I think the only one that has something wrong with them is you." Inmo says as his smile and eyes widen.
"Inmo, what the fuck is wrong with you?" Ella asks again. Inmo doesn't say anything. He just begins to get closer to her. Ella goes to run but before she can Inmo jumps on her. While in shock Inmo stabs the needle into her and injects a green liquid into her. Burning pain begins to course through Ellas veins. And she tries to scream out in pain but nothing comes out. Inmo gets off of her. "You're my next experiment. And if you want to keep the others safe. You won't tell anyone what happened here." Inmo tells Ella as he picks his mask back up and puts it on.
Ella nods her head as the pain begins to go away. She grits her teeth together and sits up. "What... did...you.. Inject into me?" Ella asks, her voice weak and full of pain as her veins feel as if they are on fire. "You don't need to know that. But you will find out soon. But i don't know if it fully works. So be careful Experient. Now let's go before they all get suspicious." Inmo says as he stands over Ella. She just stands up and nods her head, not wanting anyone to get hurt because she is too weak.
Ella leads Inmo back to the other three men. "Lets go" is all Ella says as she walks past everyone and to the front of the group. Ella can tell Ritchie is a little suspicious of why her attitude changed but he doesn't say anything. Jax and Xylo don't notice anything. And Inmo goes back to acting as if he is terrified of everything and everyone. But Ella doesn't say anything of what happened with Inmo. She just leads the group. Being careful to keep an eye on them all. Not wanting one of them to wander off again.
It doesn't take them long to get to the city they have been walking to. "We're here. The precinct is about forty five minutes from here." Ella tells them all as she walks onto the road that leads into town. "Just follow me, or Ritchie if you want to lead." Ella says, giving Ritchie the chance to take the lead. Ritchie smiles at her and walks to the front of the group. "Alright everyone, follow me." Ritchie says as he begins to lead them all. Ella stops and waits for everyone to pass by her. Wanting to take the back of the group to keep an eye out for zombies.
As Inmo walks past Ella he lifts up his mask and gives her a smile. A smile that is all too familiar to Ella. One that Ella has seen on many people. People who are not right in the head. People who feel pleasure in torturing and manipulating others. People who have gone insane long before the apocalypse. And Inmo is one of those people. He enjoys seeing people hurt. And he enjoys manipulating others. Much like how he is manipulating all the people he is with now. 'I need to find a way to warn Ritchie. But I can't let Inmo know that I told anyone anything. I need to think of ways to warn Ritchie of the evil man he trusts.' Ela thinks as she follows the group.
