Varian smiled. At least she said something.

"I think it's getting late, we'll continue tomorrow" Cass said getting into one corner of the chamber.

Cass still kept her distance. Was she scared? No, Cass isn't afraid. Right?
They both soon drifted off to sleep.

"Where am I?". My vision cleared revealing Corona. My father was there waiting for me. I ran up to him. "Varian, I'm so glad your safe" he said. "Umm.. Dad where's Cass?" I asked. His brows furrowed. "You mean that traitor" he said.

"Traitor" I said weakly. He nodded. She joined Andrew and helped him take over. The kingdom suddenly started burning down. I backed away slowly. My dad was in the burning city. I tried to get him but two guards held me back.

"No, let me go! Help! I-I need to save my father!" I yelled helplessly. Suddenly Cassandra appeared. Andrew by her side.

"Hey Varian, long time no see, meet my boyfriend" she said kissing Andrew on the cheek. I was speechless. My heart broke.

"You know him" he asked. "Yeah he's just an old friend" Cassandra emphasised the word friend.

I didn't care what happened next. My heart was shattered into a million pieces. Was this really happening?

I woke up by a water drop falling on my cheek. I sat up realising I'm still in this unexpected predicament.

I then thought back to my nightmare. I looked at Cass, she was sleeping soundly. I really wanted to talk but I couldn't get myself to do it.

I just hope my nightmare won't happen...
