I sit by the rocks watching the owls pass. It's mail time but I don't want my mail, though I know I'm gonna get it anyway.
I look back up and see a weird shape coming closer to me. Its a broom with someone riding on it. They are definetly not from Hogwarts, their clothes are strange. Pinks, purples, blues and black. I get a closer look as they make a swift landing.
The girl is beautiful. She has shortish black hair (like mine) with a big diagonal fringe. She is small but has a good figure, not to mention her clothes. She has many piercings in her lip, nose and eyebrow. She wears a small blue vest and a pink and burple jacket with black decorations. She has a pair of black jeans which holds a pink, a purple and a blue belt, which hang stylishly.
"The names Midnight. Mignight Star."
She grins and holds out a hand
"Shadow. Shadow Riddle" I take it but not quite as eagerly.
"Ah, I already know 'bout you. Your a legend at Nightshade Acadamy For Witches" Her voice is soft, but cold. Its dark and mysterious.
"At Nightshade? I thought no one knew about...."
"You don't know why your famous. Do you?"
I shake my head and look down.
"Did you know harry isn't the only one to have survived a death spell"
My head instantly pops up
"My mum was with You Know Who when he dropped you off at the muggles house. He tried to kill you because he didn't want you to have a muggles life, but my mum jumped in front of you, leaving the love mark. My mum died that day" She looks down but looks up and starts laughing.
"But its in the pass hey?"
"Wow, so if I have you mums love mark then we, were blood sisters!"
"Correct again my gothy friend, I have proof" she pulls out her wand and taps my arm.
"You do it then"
I pull out my wand and tap her arm. We both whisper "cruciatus". The skin on our arms turn black then blue then a shiny gold. When we remove we both have a black circle with a blueblue stake going through.
"Cool" I gasp looking at my arm.
"Damm, I got to go" midnight stands and pops a final jelly bean in her mouth
"Seeya soon?"
"Of course. Look out for the owl"
I laugh as she jumps on her broom and fly's out
