Clarke's POV
Entering the club I immediately see Lexa sitting at the bar drink in hand. She looks over at me and smiles then focus back on the drink as I start moving to the other side of the bar. I see her mumble a few words to the bartender before he walks over to me. "Hey what can I get you, the brunette over there said she was paying for whatever you're drinking tonight," I smile then order a beer. A few minutes later I watch Lexa walk off into the dance flow, she spots something then freezes, paying close attention. "Guys I got one, blonde hair, blue eyes. She's making her way towards the bathroom now." "On My way," I reply as I get up and start moving towards the bathroom. "Make the arrest quiet, we don't want to scare off any others," I heard a voice I didn't recognize say on the other end. I enter the bathroom and look around seeing if she was in sight. A few seconds that I hear a flush coming from one the stalls and I make may way over to the sinks and start washing my hands. She emerges from the stall and walks towards the sinks, I walk over to her and pull out a pair of cuffs. "You're under arrest," I say while she looks at me in surprise. "For what exactly?" She scoffs and starts to dry off her hands. "Selling illegal drugs," I answer turning her around and placing the cuffs on her wrist. Just as I'm about the lock it on she elbows me in the stomach and bolts out the door. "She's on the run, headed out the bathroom and knows we are here," I say into the mic as I'm running after her. She runs out the back door and I try to catch up as fast as I can. Right as I get outside I see her reach the end of the alleyway right as Lexa jumps out and tackles her to the ground. "I got her," I hear Lexa say as she pins the girls arms behind her back and cuffs them. "Costia Winters, you are under arrest for resisting arrest, assaulting a police office, and selling illegal drugs. Anything you say will be used against you in the court of law. If you don't have a lawyer one will be provide for you," Lexa snarled in a dull voice clearly upset about something. 'Wait how'd she know her name,' I ask my self as some other cops come and put Costia in the back seat of police car. "Hey, you ok?" I ask Lexa as I make my way over to her. "Yeah," she lied. "You know lex," the nickname just rolls of my tongue. "For a detective you are a terrible liar," I continue and give her a playful smile. " Alright you got me, she went to my high school," she mumble looking disappointed in herself, I just didn't understand why. "I'm sorry, but don't worry will get her to talk," I reassure her as Chief Kane walks over to us. "Ladies, are we wanting to integrate her tonight or tomorrow," he asked while folding his hands behind his back. "Tomorrow would be best, I want to catch up on some sleep. I have a feeling it's going to take a while," I hear Lexa respond before I open my mouth to say exactly what she was going to say. "Alright then, I'll see you guys tomorrow," he says before walking off. "Hey are you wanting to come and stay with me or go home," Lexa ask as she turns to face me. "If it's not to much trouble, I'd love to come and stay with you," I confessed and watched as her sad face lighted up. On the cap ride to Lexa's I sent Finn a quick text, 'staying at Lexa's tonight.' I watch as I say the bubble appear for a few seconds, then vanish. 'Can't even text me back,' I scoff then put my phone away. "Everything ok?" I hear Lexa ask from beside me. "Just fantastic," I say sarcastically. "Finn?" She assumes. "That's would be correct, he doesn't even text me back anymore." I croaked out trying to hold back tears. "Well, he's a bitch," she jokes, she always knows how to bring a smile to my face. "So...what do you want to do?" Lexa asked as we entered her apartment. "Anything," I reply, while admiring her apartment. Her apartment was modern but cozy, it had a tv mounted about a fire place, and a wall of windows straight across from the door. It had a hallway leading down to what I'm assuming is the bedrooms and bathroom. Her kitchen had a window so yo would talk to guest and a doorway leading into it. "So get drunk or eat ice cream and watch a movie?" She questions before walking into the kitchen. "How about both," I answer while taking my shoes and coat off and placing them neatly by the front door. "Sound great, go ahead and pick out a movie on Netflix and you can go change into something of mine," and I did as I was told. "Seriously, the Smurf's?" She asks in an annoyed tone. "Sue me, I feel like being a child tonight," I say to her while getting up and grabbing a beer out of her hand, but she pulls it back. "Sorry, but children can't drink," she snickered in with a playful smile. "Ugh, fine put on what ever. Just give me my beer," I plead and she hands it over. "Thank you," I tease. "Now let's put on a real movie," she says while scrolling to the conjuring. "Absolutely not, I hate horror movies," I yell. "I won't share any ice cream," she teases while pulling out two spoons and a tub or rocky road ice cream. "Fine, but don't complain if I'm holding on to you all night," I joke movie closer to her and take a spoon. Half way through the movie I'm practically on top of Lexa. "Hey, I need to go pee real quick," she tells me while pausing the movie. "But I need you to get off me in order to do that," she smiles and I slowly move off her. "You better be quick," I say while holding the covers close. "Always," she smirks before walking off down the dark hallway. A few minutes later I don't hear anything coming from there and I start to get scared, a second later I hear 'clap, clap.' "Lexa I swear to god I'm going to kill you," I scream knowing her trick is working, but I don't hear anything. 'Clap, clap,' I scream again. "I'm going to fucking murder you," I yell and finally get up and walk towards the dark hallway. Just as I'm about to turn the lights on Something jumps out and I scream and punch it. "Ouch," I hear Lexa mumble while rubbing her face. "You know what, I'm not sorry for that one. It's what you get for trying to scare me." I laugh before turning back towards the couch, she scoffs before coming and going me. I didn't notice the movie is finally over, I'm cuddled into Lexa's side with my eyes closed. "Hey, Clarke it's over now, you can go sleep in my room, I'll take the couch, " I hear her say as I open my eyes. "Hell no, wherever I'm sleeping you are too," I protest. "Alright fine," she says while getting up and moving towards her room. I crawl into the bed while Lexa turns the light off. "Don't try and scare me or will punch you again," I say while getting comfortable. "Alright fine, goodnight Clarke," she reply's with getting into bed. "Goodnight, Lexa," I say before falling asleep.
