The Glyph Of Love

Luz's POV:

I walk into school with that girl, I kiss her once more before we walk in.

I can't help it! She's so damn cute! I walk into class and I tell her:" you wait here until I finish class! Then I have a free period and well ask if you can stick with me today! Ok?" she nods, and I sneak in another quick kiss on the cheek before I go to class.

Class went by so slowly and I couldnt bare the thought of her sitting there on her own. While in class I was chatting with Gus. Willow seemed invested in the topic the teacher was talking about and amity seemed down, so I couldnt bother them. After class FINALLY ended I went to check on the girl I left in the hallway. To my surprise, she wasnt there.

SHE ISNT HERE? WHY ISNT SHE HERE? I panicked. I ran all over Hexide and yet, I couldnt find her. And there she was. Right near Bump's office. "I thought it would be faster if I wait for you here" she said with her puppy eyes. Damn those puppy eyes, I could never be mad at them. We went in and after 20 minutes of begging for Bump he finally sad yes.

We were so exited! We had 25 more minutes until lunch time, so we went to the auditorium and put on a play, I'm always having fun when I'm around her, she's the best girlfriend I could ask for.

I looked at the clock and shouted: "HEY! IYS LUNCH TIME! LET'S GO!" "k!" and so we ran to the cafeteria. I sat her down at our usual table together with Gus and Willow. She sat on my lap and I smiled and blushed.

Amity walked towards us and when she spotted my girl she turned around and walked away. I waved my hand at her, she sighed and came, probably because she had nowhere else to sit. I wonder why she is so mad at me

"ohhh kay everyone its time for you to meet someone very special to me: my gify!" "wait so you're gay?" willow asked "well.. I'm bi" "oh okay" I awkwardly smiled at her. Amity was upset, her whole face was red, and she looked like she was about to faint. She was like this all day and I couldnt figure out why

The rest of lunch was weird. We ate in silence, I tried to lighten up the mood by telling what my gif calls "human jokes", so basically dad jokes. No response. Willow and Gus were giggling but after they saw Amity with her head rested on the table they stopped. Sadly, my gif had to go home so I kissed her on the lips one more time and waved her goodbye.

I barely saw Amity for the rest of the day, but I dont know why one time I heard crying come out of the stall, I couldve sworn it was amity but I decided its best to not interrupt her. She seemed to be avoiding me and I had no idea why. At class I asked to borrow a pencil, but it seemed as if amity was in a whole different world. She was doodling something on her notebook, I tried to see what it is, but I couldnt figure it out. Then, she put her hand in her pocket and pulled something out, I couldnt understand what it was. Looked like crunched up purple note.

I dont know what it was. Anyway, I need to get back to taking notes.

After class I ran into Amity, I wanted to ask her why is she mad at me, but before I could say anything I saw she was blushing like crazy. I thought she's mad at me for something, but then she started crying and ran away.

In potion lesson we had to work in pairs, and of course I got paired up with Boscha. I wanted to ask her if she has any idea why Amity has been ignoring me, but I figured she wouldnt know anyways.

Boscha started teasing me, but in like a friendly way (I think I'm really starting to befriend that girl), so I started teasing her back. We both started laughing like crazy, but then the teacher got mad and told us to stop, which made us laugh even more.

In the end of the school day I video chatted with my girly, but soon I had to go because I had to catch up on homework.

"damn" I thought "I love her so much, it's like she's my soulmate"
