"Maihime-san, the Principal has requested for your presence." Maihime looked up at the teacher standing at the class door and nodded, standing up and making her way out of class. As usual, the class stared silently ignoring their work at the sightest bit of activity in the classroom.

'Probably something about my grades.' That was what he usually called her out for, to either praise her or sign her up for a stupid competition that tested school's logic. Normally, she was nominated with or without permission. At least sometimes they were generous enough to not let the time table clash with her dancing.

When she entered the office, bowing in respect and informing the Principal of her presence. When she raised her head, she was surprised to see Kise standing their looking guilty and apologetic. The first thought that crossed Maihime's mind was anything but pleasant.

"Miss. Maihime, can you guess why you were called here?" Maihime shook her head. She did but the language wasn't appropiate. She didn't mind being called into the office but she was rather worried about why Kise was waiting there for her.

"Well, Kise Ryota's grades have been anything but good lately. His basketball training has been interfering with his school work and if it continues, he'll be kicked out from the group." Well, that was pretty bad. Basketball was his life...

"You want me to tutor him, don't you?" The Principal nodded, smiling at how she easily pieced that together. Maihime was one of his favorite students, being able to juggle her physical education and academic education, coming out on top on both, it was something he wanted the other students to follow.

"Kise here volunteered you, saying you knew each other so it'd be 'less awkward' between you two." Maihime chuckled a little, her entire point of view changing just because of the knowledge his basketball career was at risk. Yukio secretly liked Kise's company, it was a given.

Kise waved a little, "Hey, Himecchi."

Maihime nodded to him the smile never leaving her face, "Hey Kise-kun." She said kind of happy. She couldn't wait to drill everything into his head. He'll wish he never got bad grades by the end of it.

"Please take care of him/me." Kise and the Principal said in unison, both sending corresponding smiles towards the brunette dancer. Maihime felt somewhat suspicious at that action, looking behind her to see if anyone was going to jump out and tell her it was a prank.

Nothing.

Maihime just accepted to tutor Kise on academics. Why was she doing that a lot?

"I feel like I've been put into a cheesy cliche movie." Maihime grumbled as Kise blinked confused. They were in the Libary working out some maths.

Kise looked up with a flirtacious smile, "Want to make it even more cliche?' They both laughed at that and Maihime shook her head playfully. Tutoring him wasn't bad, if she made you think that she hated it, she lead you on. She didn't mind it, not at all.

"I've already gotten a kiss from you, don't need another one." Kise shrugged at her reasoning and they fell into a small conversation about Algebra equations. Kise was having some trouble and Maihime restricted from doing the work for him, wanting him to learn without copying.

Soon, Kise couldn't help himself. "Himecchi." She looked up from his pre-testing papers that he had finished not too long ago, "Who was that guy you were talking to yesterday?" Was it strange that he had followed her? Or strange that Maihime didn't mind that he did?

"Izuki-kun." She answered cooly, her sharp eyes figuring out the answer to a question. Kise pouted as he saw a cross. He hated losing, even in a test.
