Ava walks into the kitchen meeting her parents John and Marie, her older sister Tessa and brother-in-law Jared. She greets her loving family with a smile.
"Good Morning everyone." Ava has a warm smile as always. She runs her hand over her sisters belly. "How's the little one doing?"
"Great! We can't wait to meet her. " Jared tells Ava as she pours a cup of coffee.
The family sits around the table and thanks God for their food. "Dear Lord bless this food. Help it to strengthen and nourish our bodies. Protect us through the day. Thank you for all the wonderful blessings. Amen" Dad prays for the food.
They sit around talking the way they did when Tessa and Ava were little ones and now Tessa is going to have a baby and is married. Tessa was the oldest at age 22, then Ava at 18.
"You know I was thinking you should come stay for the summer, Ava. It would be nice and you could see the baby when she comes." Tessa offers Ava to visit her's and Jared's farm.
"I will have to think about it but that doesn't sound bad." Ava smiles liking the idea of staying with her sister. Plus she had never been to North Carolina before.

Later that night after talking to her parents and doing some studying Ava decides to relax. She runs a warm bath putting lots of bubbles in it. She ties her thick brown hair up before sliding into the water.
Her mind goes to what Tessa offered. She did want to go, yet she'd never seen a farm before. Ava has lived in New York City her whole life, where she also goes to college, at NYU.
'How bad could it really be?' Ava thought to herself with a giggle because it really couldn't be bad.
