"Hey, Rouge, have met the new kid?" Kurt asked as she walked out of the bedroom.

"No, and if ya haven't realized there lots of new people now," she said, closing the door behind her.

"True, I mean the boy who came back with Professor and the others." he asked looking over at the older teen.

"Nope, I haven't," she said as she walked off. "I'm off I have things to do."

Kurt watched her go. "Man, what's her deal?" he asked running his hand through his hair before walking off to find something to do.

Scott was outside int he driveway messing with his red and white car. Making sure it was ready for Monday when school came around again. "Where are you off to Rouge?" He asked looking up at Rouge as she walked past him.

"I have a friend to meet up with." She said.

"No visitors remember." He said.

"Got it." Rouge waves not turning around to face him as she kept on walking away from him. Scot shakes his head and goes back to his car.

Rouge was nearing the gate. "What on earth?" Her eyes widen as she watched a red-winged boy half tumble/fly over the gate. A yelp soon followed afterwards. There goes my evening plans.

Hawks sat there, bushes in a daze. The world spinning around him and fuzzy. Blinking his eyes as tried to clear his vision. Just then the gates creaking, making him stiffen as new a voice followed right after.

"Ya know they open, right?" Came a southern sounding voice He looked to see auburn-brown and white-haired teen standing there looking down at him.

Hawks cheeks flushed, "oh.. uh, wait... h-how long have been there?" he stammered. This so embarrassing.

"Just got here, right after you fell over." she said crossing her arms over her chest as she looked over at Hawks. The seven-year old looked at her then away. "I'm sorry," Hawks said.

"Why ya apologizing kid?"

"For being an idiot.."

"That ya were an idiot but, there's more of them one back there." Rouge jabbed her thump back to the mansion. Hawks followed where she pointed but quickly looks back at her, meeting her gray gaze.

Which surprisingly wasn't hostile or showed no anger but concern as he moved to get up. "Ya okay?" she asked him as he stood up. Hawks felt sharp pain racing up his arm to his shoulder. "The gates pretty high." She said.

"I'm- I'm fine, it's no big deal," He held his arm biting back the pain. I don't want to be a bother.

"Let me see," she held out her gloved hand to him. Hawks shies away, trying to hide his arm, keeping his gaze shifting. "Come on, kid," she sighs, getting closer to his level. "I want help ya, I promise it will be okay," Rouge kept the friendly and calm demeanor as she looked over at Hawks.

Kid's scared. But he has understood he needs help.

Hawks shifted in place."Y-you promise?" he asked, looking up at her. His gold-brown bird-like eyes round with uncertainty and pain. "Yes, I promise," Hawks nodded and walked towards her slowly.

Rouge carefully laid her gloved hand over his right one. She didn't need to touch it to know from the angle it hung. Dislocated, she noted.

Hawks didn't take his eyes off her as she piers, his right hand off his left arm. Hawks yelped as she touched his arm as the sharp white pain raced through. He pulls it back, holding it once more to let out a soft whimper.
