They had their first group activity, which was thankfully just going to the beach to cool off on that warm summer day. "Don't go behind the red line, if you do you will be in big trouble!" Taehyung warned, the children nodded before sprinting off towards the water. A few of the volunteers also made their way into the water, looking around in case something were to happen to the students.

"Mister Jeon, Mister Kim! Join us in the water!" A few of the students called out, they totally didn't want to try and drown their teachers... Definitely not. "No." Taehyung said, sitting down on a log.

"Sure."  Jungkook shrugged, he had planned on dipping in anyway. "DROWN HIM!" A few of the bigger boys of the classes jumped on top of Jungkook to try and push him down. Jungkook snickered, throwing them all back in the water. "You can't beat me." He laughed, the students only got more determined to at least have his hair touch the water. Taehyung watched from a distance how the children were constantly jumping up to tackle Jungkook down while the man dodged them all. The volunteers were crowded around them to make sure someone wouldn't actually drown.

"Students! I have an idea!" Jungkook exclaimed, making them halt. They all crowded around Jungkook while the man whispered. The students snickered before everyone started bolting for Taehyung full force. "Take a dip Mister Kim!" A few students grabbed Taehyung's legs while Jungkook lifted Taehyung up by his arms. "Let me go!" Taehyung wriggled around before they all ran back to the water, ignoring Taehyung's screams.

"Don't you dare put me in the water!" ...They threw him in. Taehyung came back up, gasping for air. "You- JEON!" Taehyung was pissed to say the least, his clothes were completely drenched. It was a very bad decision to wear white.

-

"Oh come on Mister Kim, it was only a prank." The students tried cheering up Taehyung on their way back to camp but the teacher simply ignored them all. "That's what happens when you mess with old people." Jungkook teased.

"I'm not old."

"You sure act the part."

"And you act like a child, aren't you supposed to be a teacher?"

"This is meant to be a bonding moment with the children!" Taehyung rolled his eyes. "Woah, watch out for the sass train." Jungkook threw up his hands, making Taehyung even more annoyed. "Keep your mouth closed for the love of God."

-

Taehyung had changed into dry clothing and was chatting to a few volunteers when Jungkook showed up. "Can we talk?" He asked politely, Taehyung glanced him over and pulled a disgusted face. "No."

"Taehyu-"

"I said no. I'm busy." Taehyung bid the volunteers farewell and pushed past Jungkook. Jungkook smiled apologetically towards the volunteers before following after the other teacher. He pulled a short sprint, quickly catching up to Taehyung eventhough the man was walking with long strides. "I wanted to apologize-" Taehyung halted in his steps. "Apologize? For what? Showing up late? Dunking me in the water? Not listening to me?"

"Uh- Yes?" Taehyung stared at Jungkook with a blank expression. "I realise that I should perhaps listen to the teacher that has more expierence than me.... So, I'm sorry. I'll try to do better." Jungkook's eyes sparkled in the light that fell in from the window, however Taehyung couldn't see anything aside from honesty in those doe eyes. "Okay, fine. Forgiven." Taehyung turned on his heel and started to walk away again.

"MISTER JEON DO YOU WANT TO HELP BUILD A FORT?"

-

"Kookie! How's camp?"

"Hobi, what do you do when you piss off one of your colleagues?"

"...What did you do?"

"I might've not listened."

"Just like when you were still a student yourself. Did you apologize?"

"Yes."

"What did he say?"

"Okay, fine. Forgiven."

"Then why are you worrying?"

"...Hobi that doesn't sound very forgiving."

"Well maybe-"

A loud crash was heard from upstairs, making Jungkook sigh.

"I have to go."

"Okay, good luck! Byeee"

"Bye."

Jungkook hung up the phone and sprinted upstairs, finding a few of the students disobeying the curfew.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, please go to bed now. It's past your bedtime." Jungkook politely requested. To get respect is to give respect. "NO!" ...Or maybe not.

Heavy footsteps were heard up the stairs before an aggravated Taehyung had joined the group. "GO TO YOUR ROOMS, THIS ISN'T PLAY TIME. ACT YOUR AGE AND JUST GO TO SLEEP. IF I CATCH ANY OF YOU OUTSIDE OF YOUR ROOMS AGAIN YOU ARE ON CLEAN DUTY." His deep voice boomed through the hallway, even scaring the students that should be out of hearing range.

"But what if we have to go to the bat-"

"GO TO YOUR ROOM." The children scurried off, quickly running into their respective rooms. "Wasn't that a bit too harsh?"

"Students don't listen to nice teachers, they test their boundaries. Don't let them walk over you Jeon."

"That's quite an old fashioned way of teaching." Jungkook argued. "It works."

"Just because it works doesn't mean it's good. Children don't deal with yelling well."

"They shouldn't do it themselves then." Taehyung turned on his heel, walking back downstairs. Jungkook sighed and followed him to their room. "Okay bu-"

"I thought you said you would listen to me?" Taehyung looked back at Jungkook with a certain look that knocked all the air out of his lungs. "I just-" Jungkook breathed out but Taehyung just turned to ignore him. "Goodnight Jeon."

"It's Jungkook-"
