My eyes blinked open, then immediately shut tight. It was bright. Much too bright.

Figuring I couldn't lay here forever, I forcibly peeled my eyes open and rolled to my knees. What an interesting dream. I had been flying my fighter, and for some reason Obi-Wan and I got some really weird feeling- Wait. I had been flying. I remember doing so. We were on our way to rescue the Chancellor from the Invisible Hand. Then how did I get here on... I glanced around, blue eyes narrowing in on the unmistakably red sand and towering pillars. Geonosis? Yep, definitely Geonosis.

If I was here, did that mean Obi-Wan was, too? Only one way to find out, I suppose. With a pained sigh, I climbed to my feet and checked my side, happy to find my lightsaber securely clipped to my belt. At least I hadn't lost it upon landing here. I scanned through the Force for life forms, and picked up a few a considerable distance off. Not exactly feeling comfortable, I set off in that direction.

About an hour later, after an all too long trek through the unreasonably hot desert-like tundra, I reached an area surrounded by a canyon and filled with confined pillars. The wind whistled through the gaps in the rocky walls, bouncing against the rough sandstone surfaces and creating a silent sense of unease.

Raising my guard, I cautiously continued on, raising a hand to grip my lightsaber.

Not even a moment later a walked around a rocky outcropping and straight into Obi-Wan Taken by surprise I yelped and drew my crimson blue blade. He tensed as well, but relaxed upon recognizing me. "Oh, it's you." The red haired Jedi said with a sigh.

"Yeah," I replied, sheathing my weapon. "Why are we on Geonosis?"

"I'm not sure," Obi-Wan raised a hand to stroke his beard. "There's no way we could have crashed here, Coruscant is a millennia away. Perhaps something, or rather someone, took us here?"

"Perhaps," I responded skeptically. Was that really logical? I mean, how does one simply just, teleport to Geonosis, or any planet in general? It didn't make any sense. Unless the Force brought us here? But once again, I've never heard of that happening to anyone.

"Let's go with the latter option," I mused. "Suppose someone put us here; how would they do that? How could they have captured us? And why in the universe did it have to be us!"

"Well," Obi-Wan offered, "We do always seem to find ourselves in these sort of situations. And most of the time, it's your fault."

I scoffed with annoyance. "Oh really, so it's my fault now? Who was the one that came up with those suggestions earlier, huh?"

"Well, me, because I actually want to try and get out of here."

"Yeah? Well so do I! Maybe you should just-"

CRACK!

We froze. "Uh, what was that?" I questioned cautiously.

My answer was silence and a hand in my face. Nice.

"Follow me," Obi-Wan whispered. We snuck around another outcropping and onto a flat sandstone surface. There, on the ground, was a girl who looked to be in her early twenties. She appeared unconscious, and was dressed in a sort of white, robe like clothing. She sported brown hair done up in 3 buns, and a thin frame. Obi-Wan bent down and put his hand to her forehead, and she groaned and rolled over, revealing the black hilted lightsaber at her side.

A lightsaber! Another Jedi! But I've never seen her before... Judging by the look on my Master's face, he had most likely come to the same conclusion. The girl sat up and blinked against the bright light, before turning to us. Her eyes widened in alarm, and she jumped to her feet, activating a golden blade.

Obi-Wan quickly threw his hands up as a sign of surrender, making it obvious he was not going to reach for a weapon. My hand automatically jumped to my belt, ready for a possible scuffle.

Obi-Wan shot me a look of displeasure. "Don't worry, we mean no harm. Mind telling us how you got here?"

The young woman looked at us for a moment before hesitantly sheathing her lightsaber and clipping it to her side. "I'm not really sure," she said, her voice tinted with an accent. "I was on Tatooine, and just... blacked out. Then I woke up here."

"Tatooine?" I mumbled, bad memories already surfacing. "What in the blazes were you doing on that dump hole?"

"Quiet," Obi-Wan shushed me. I rolled my eyes. "Do you mind telling us your name?" He asked cautiously.

She noticeably hesitated before replying. "I'm Rey."
