Hugo had become undeniably busy since the start of his summer holidays after graduating in Durmstrang. It was also to my surprise that he chose to find an occupation at the British ministry as part of the International Magical Office of Law. My mother and father, lending to him their full support. He found it hectic to travel back and forth, and so he decided to step out of the house. Bought by my parents a house in Little Whinging at Magnolia Rode. Since then, I have not yet seen him. Only talking to letters that we send to each other.

I had permission from my mother to spend the rest of my summer at our summer house in Cannes. It used to be my grandparents' home. But since their passing, their home was converted into a summer house.

Earlier today, I sent out letters to Pansy, Blaise, Draco, Theo, Graham and Millicent about the idea of spending the rest of their summer with me, here at Cannes. I was delighted to hear their positive responses. But I was most happy and excited seeing Draco again. After a weeks of not seeing each other, my heart made a leap knowing that I would see him again.

I was all alone at the summer house, looking outside of the balcony, the clear blue waters of Cannes and a full moon looked ethereal. I heard a loud crack from behind, turning my body to face whatever it was, but apparently nothing out of the ordinary was there. I looked down at the shores beneath the balcony, and the sight of crystal blue waters crashing through the rocks were only in sight. I was probably getting giddy of the idea that my friends were coming over. I sighed deeply, thinking of getting lemon tea.

As I turned my back, the sight of blonde hair and blue eyes caught me.

"Draco?" I asked, blinking multiple times.

"Missed me?" A grin paints his lips as he walks closer to me.

"The last time I checked you were scheduled to arrive here tomorrow morning." I let out a small giggle, he stopped walking just a few inches away from me. Trapping me by placing his hands on either side, holding on the railings.

"And who told you that I would have to wait for tomorrow morning? I need to see my girlfriend because I missed her dearly." He slowly leaned in and placed his lips on mine. Slowly draping my hands around his nape, pulling him closer until our bodies pressed together.

Tilting his head to deepen the kiss, I nibbled on his lower lip before parting my lips. In which he took advantage of by pushing his tongue inside my mouth, tasting every cavern before our tongues battled for dominance - he won, of course.

We both slowly leaned away, a string of saliva connecting the tip of our tongues together. We both had a flustered expression.

"Let's have tea inside, shall we?" I spoke, immediately dragging him inside.

The following day, I stirred in my sleep before opening my eyes. Slowly blinking as I processed how I laid on top of Draco's arm with both of his arms wrapped around me protectively. He was still asleep. I smiled to myself before pushing away a few hair strands away from his face. Slowly, I wriggled out of his embrace.

To which I was unsuccessful of.

"Don't go, love." He groaned in a deep tone, pulling me back to the bed. I let out a small sound before my back pressed on his chest.

"Let's just stay in bed all day. I wouldn't mind that." He says in still deep tone. I let out a chuckle.

"But I'm sure they'll be coming in a few hours. Didn't you miss them?"

"No" He answered rather quickly. I stifled a laugh under my breath.

"Can you put your knee down, darling? It's poking my thighs."

"That isn't my knee, love."

We were both silent for a moment. The both of us being flustered again.

"Please tell me you're coming with us to Hogwarts." A pleading Pansy whined as we went shopping around the market in Cannes.

I haven't told them my surprise yet, but I was going to be transferred to Hogwarts. My parent's agreed to the transfer and would be helping me pack my stuff into Hugo's house. This would an interesting year for me.

"I wish I can still make my transfer, but sadly I'm more near to going back to Beauxbatons than you guys are going back to Hogwarts." I said, feigning my sadness.

"This is so unfair! I'll have to visit you in Hugo's home then!" Pansy spoke.

I momentarily froze. How did she know Hugo moved out?

"What did you just say?" I asked, tiltingmy head to face her.

Pansy, realizing the situation, held a light blue scarf in front of me. "I said this scarf really matches you! Oh totatlly, blue looks good on you."

"Are you seeing my brother?"

"Oh and match this scarf with some pearl earrings!"

"What about you and Blaise?"

"Wesettledtobeingfriendsonly" Pansy quickly spoke.

"Let me get this straight..." I said, putting the items back down before the lady vendor got mad at us. "You and Blaise settled to being friends and now you and my brother?" I asked, hooking my arm around hers.

"It is that way." She nodded her head.

"Since when did you and my brother started talking?"

"During your parent's party back in the holidays." I chuckled softly, finally connecting two and two together.

We mostly spent our morning shopping around and buying our friends some gifts before going back to my summer house. Along the way I introduced her to some snacks and desserts that I knew she'd love. This year would definitely be very interesting.
