THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS WENT BY QUICKLY. Hermione bought her cat, Ron bought his rat tonic, and the Weasley's met Rosie. Immediately, Mrs. Weasley tried to fatten her up, but since Rosie was a metamorphmagus (or sort of like one anyway), she changed her body to look plumper which confused Molly to no end. She thought she was getting on in her years until Rosie quickly explained that she had the ability to change the way she looked. Now, Rosie was in a Ministry car with Harry, going to the Kings Cross Station. Rosie could tell something was bothering him. Something from last night. Something she remembered hearing when she was stalking Harry's life. She wished she could tell him the truth so he wouldn't worry, but what were the chances of him believing someone he just met over people he's trusted for a couple years now? Before she knew it, Rosie was standing in front of platforms 9 and 10, ready to run through the barrier.
"So, I just, run through? Like, boom and I'm there?"
"Yes, yes dear. Come on, quickly now."
And so she went. Bracing for even the smallest of impacts she didn't even realize she was on the platform and kept running until she bumped into something. Or really, someone. With pale blonde hair. Yes. Malfoy. Joy. Draco, seeing who so rudely bumped into him scowled.
"You again."
Rosie, seeing a great opportunity, changed her face, yet again. "Oh yes, hello me."
"You are not me!"
"I may not be you but you certainly are me, aren't you?" Frustrated and fed up with her antics, Draco stomped off but was quickly replaced by Fred and George jumping on either side of Rosie.
"Who knew sweet little innocent Rosie could play such tricks!" one gasped
"I pranked you the first time I saw you, Fred."
"I'm not Fred, I'm George!"
"Yeah, I'm Fred."
"Nope. I was right the first time."
"Merlin, you're no fun."
"Yeah. Now we're mad at you Rosie." The two boys so maturely turned away and stomped their feet like kindergarteners.
"Whatever, whatever. I'm going to get on the train. I expect to see you at the feast boys." Out of the corner of her eye, Rosie could see Mr. Weasley talking to Harry and she internally sighed. It pained her to see such injustice towards Sirius Black, but what did they know? They were just mortals after all, not all-seeing all-knowing deity children like her. Rosie boarded the train with Hermione and Ron and looked for compartments even though she knew that they wouldn't find any empty. After a long while of searching, they bumped into Harry, who was peering into a compartment in which a sleeping man was seated. Seeing as this was the emptiest compartment they could find, the quartet went right in.
After they got settled in, Ron quietly, or well, as quiet as Ron could get, asked, "So, who do you think that guy is?"
At this, both girls replied, "Professor R.J. Lupin."
"Woah, bloody hell! Are all girls so all-knowing? How'd you figure it out?"
"It's on his trunk, Ronald." "I've seen him." Both girls replied at once. As soon as Rosie replied, she got a distant, sorrowful look on her face, so the trio left her alone for some time even though they wanted to know what on earth she meant by 'seeing him'. Rosie was thinking about how tired he must be, and how unfair it was for him to lose all of his friends in one day. Thinking she could help him, Rosie sent a quick body scan over the lycanthropic professor, as she had quite the talent in the healing department. Finding that he was not, in fact, sleeping, she decided to sneakily drop some hints about Pettigrew so he might be able to figure out the situation quicker.
