THE START OF SCHOOL CAME sooner than anyone could've expected. Just how Rosie knew it would happen, Mad Eye Moody was captured, (although only she knew that small detail,) and was taken hostage by Barty Crouch Jr. The Triwizard Tournament was announced, ("You're JOKING!") and the guest schools had arrived. Rosie's mission was to stop Cedric Diggory from entering the tournament.

Running down the corridors, Rosie saw a tall, handsome young man talking to his friends. Clearing her throat, she spoke to the older boy. "Excuse me, Cedric Diggory, correct?"

Surprised that the girl was talking to him, Cedric looked at the girl wide eyed. "Er, yes. Remind me, who are you again?"

"Oh, yeah. I'm Aurora. Rosie, is what most people called me last year."

"The prodigy-seer kid, right? Weren't you blonde last year?"

"I'm not sure about prodigy, but yes, I am a seer and I was blonde last year. I'm a metamorphmagus, so I'm trying something different."

"You look nice."

"Er, thanks? Anyway, I wanted to talk to you about the tournament. You're thinking of entering your name into the cup, right?"

"Er, yeah. Sure."

"Well, it's imperative that you don't enter. Remember, I'm a seer."

"Sorry, I've already entered... is it really bad?" Rosie nodded. Cedric looked scared, so she tried to console him.

"It's okay. I'll try to make it work... Just remember, if you ever find yourself in a graveyard, run."

The next couple days went by quickly. Rosie spent her time becoming better friends with the students of Beauxbatons. As it turns out, they were all pretty nice people. Fleur Delacour's personality was particularly a surprise to Rosie. She had expected her to be annoying or something, she was nicknamed Phlegm after all, but no, Fleur was a kind but strong-willed girl who loved her sister.

After a couple weeks of mindless school life, it was Halloween. Rosie was bored, so she decided to give a go at destroying some horcruxes.

Rosie ran to the seventh floor of the castle, and walked back and forth thinking of the room of hidden things. The door mysteriously appeared and Rosie walked in, making sure no one was following her.

Inside, Rosie stared at the mountains of ancient artifacts. From far off, she could sense a strong dark aura rolling off of an object in waves. The Lost Diadem of Ravenclaw. Rosie brought the Diadem to her, using only her most protective powers to stop the horcrux from harming her.

Rosie didn't want to harm such a precious artifact, and walked to Dumbledore's office thinking of ways she could preserve the beautiful tiara. Once she arrived, the gargoyle let her in and Dumbledore greeted her gently.

"Albus... here are Voldemort's horcruxes." Rosie said gravely. "I only bring two, but there are four more that must be destroyed. I assume, professor, you know that Harry, himself, is a horcrux?" When Dumbledore nodded, Rosie drew the diadem and the locket she had found in Sirius' home at the beginning of summer. "I have been thinking, I can bring Tom Riddle's soul out of the artifact and destroy it on it's own instead of destroying the founder's objects. If you'd like, I think it would be best for you to keep these objects in your office." Dumbledore didn't respond, but Rosie didn't have time. "Professor, I leave you here. You must get to the feast. I will destroy these in my own time."

Dumbledore hesitantly nodded and left his office. Rosie sighed. Seeing the sorting hat, she put it on.

It's you again, isn't it? Giselle's daughter? Why are you putting me on in the middle of the year?
