minho came to work exhausted for some reason and everyone can tell he's off.

he walked to visit jisoo in the practice room to bother her.

he sat on the floor next to her and laid his head on her lap.

"are you tired, bub?" she caressed his hair.

"yes." he yawned.

she went back to her work on her laptop but suddenly got up a few minutes in and minho hit his head hard on the floor. it echoed.

he let out of slow sigh with his eyes shut.

"oh my god. im so sorry." she hugged his head.

"it's fine."

"no, i feel bad."

"it's okay, jisoo." he reminded her.

"no, it's not~"

"yes it is."

"i'll be back."

"yeah."

she went out the room and went to the café.

"hi, can i have one medium black coffee?"

"yup, would you also like to purchase two cake pops and those funds will be donated?"

"sure."

"alright, the total is 5.46"

she took out her card and paid, and got her two birthday cake cake pops and the coffee.

"here you go."

"thank you"

"yup, no problem, have a nice day."

"you too."

as she left, she was approached by r.u. and siheyon.

"jisoo drinking coffee? i never heard of it." r.u. mentioned.

"im a new person now, i like coffee."

"is it because of that da-"

siheyon was cut off.

"anyways, we're probably delaying wherever you're going, so see you later be safe."

"thank you~" she walked away.

"so we couldn't have walked past her?" siheyon said rudely.

"no, we were going to say hi because she's part of the group and our friend."

"your friend."

"what did she even do to infuriate you even more, she let you minho 99% of all the time."

"i told her i liked him and she proceeded to like him as well."

"you know how they are to each other, lowkey kind of tortures each other. the most they probably hanky will ever be are best friends so relax."

she groaned.

meanwhile...

"look what i got for you~" jisoo sang as she entered the room.

"yay!"

"thanks for the enthusiasm."

"no problem."

"i don't really like coffee but she bought it in thoughts of me."

he sat up slowly.

"i also got you a cake pop, you're welcome."

"thank you.. very much."

"dude, how tired are you?"

"i didn't sleep at all last night."

"why not?"

"cause i was thinking and thinking and then i got hungry so then i ate, and i stayed on my bed for a while and did some work and it was around 5:00 and then i thought there's no reason for me to go to bed now so i watched tv and got ready for the day."

"oh wow. you were doing too much. that sounds like a long night."

"i mean i was productive after all."

"yeah, but are you productive now?"

"no."

"go to sleep."

"im awake."

"wait? did you drive here?"

"yeah."

"that's dangerous, minho."

"i won't do it again, happy."
