I suppose it was a necessary lesson. No one should live in this world clueless to the reality that their existence can bring. So, thank you.
Thank you for showing me what others will always think of me. Thank you for tearing me down piece by little piece so that I could rebuild myself stronger than I was before. Thank you for calling me by my dead name that was Samuel instead of Stella; you showed me the danger of ignorance. Thank you for educating me on the pain of hate.
Transphobia. You and Kai showed me just how ugly of a monster Transphobia could be. It's ironic, though, how Kai became my friend while you faded away into nothingness.
