Levi;

Oi, I can't believe I got stuck with the Jaeger Brat. He's been with us for months now! Can't he handle himself?! I sighed out loud.

"What is it, Heichou?" Petra asked me.

"Nothing." I blandly replied.

"WE'RE ALMOST THERE!" I heard someone from behind call. Just then, I saw the castle come into view. The castle was a Scout Regiment Survey Corps base, but it was abandoned long ago.

"Tch. It'll need to be cleaned." I monotonously stated.

"What was that, Heichou?" My heart skipped a beat when I heard the Brat say something.

"This place will need cleaning." I repeated myself, a bit louder this time. I heard a mumble of agreement from behind me, but I didn't dare to look back.

Once we finally reached the castle, we all took our horses to the stables.

"Oi, Jaeger! Where are you, brat?"

"I'm right here, Heichou." Eren came from behind me, his blue-green eyes sparkling with amazement. Damn it, he's cute.

"Clean the stables and feed the horses."

"Yes, Heichou!" He scrambled to find the cleaning materials as I found a small, very,very, small smile find its way onto my face in amusement of watching Eren.

Don't tell me I'm falling for him...

Eren;

Levi ordered me to clean the stables, which wasn't that bad. This place is amazing! I got to feed the horses as well, which I actually quite enjoyed.

"Hello, Jean." I said to one of the horses, chuckling at my own joke. I looked around to make sure no one was around before I started to talk to the horses. "How are you today?" I would ask each horse.

I started to ramble on to the horses about random things, like Mikasa's overprotectiveness, how Armin always had the solution to problems, how much I missed my mother. "You see, she was devoured by a Titan before my very eyes. I saw her DIE, right in front of me. And I couldn't do anything." I felt tears begin to form in my eyes. "And from then on there, I swore the destroy the Titans! Every last one of them!" I finished, realizing I had finished my job.

"Tch, come on brat, it's time to eat." I heard Levi say from behind me, causing me to jump.

"O-ok! Thank you, Heichou!" With a 'tch' he was gone. I got up, put the cleaning materials away, and headed back to the castle to eat.

Levi;

Geez, that brat has been through a lot, watching his mom die and everything. Hearing the way he spoke about it made my heart ache for him.

What are these feelings?
