Dhrisht arranged his army in Artha Mandal Vyuha.Yudhishtir addressed him.' Today Drona will utilise the opportunity. Arjun is away. You have to show your valour and resist Acharya." On other side Arjun felt pity on seeing the Samsaptakas.' Madhav! How foolish these are. They are straight away walking into death trap.But I can send them to heaven as they die in battlefield." Arjun blew his conch along with Krishna who blew his Panchajanya.
                   The Samsaptakas showered arrows on Arjun but he killed fifteen thousand chariot warriors at one go.He killed Sudhanva and Subahu and destroyed Susarma's bow and chariots.Then Dwaraka's Narayani army collaborated with Susarma's army and attacked Arjun.They are prejudiced towards Arjun because he did not chose them but opted for Krishna. They shot many arrows on Arjun and Krishna. Arjun released the Astra given to him by Tvashta. That Astra creates illusion in rival army. The soldier will see Arjun in his accomplice and fight with him. So every where they saw Arjun and killed each other .Those who remained alive surrounded Arjun and were burnt in the fire of astras.Then Arjun was attacked by the soldiers of Magadha,Kerala who tried to cover him with their astras.But Arjun crushed all of them again and again. They were like honey bees ,crows and monkeys and irritated Arjun.They surrounded Krishna and Arjun in thousands and Krishna has to shout ' Parth ? Where are you? Let me hear you once." This happened because they were all so nearer even entering the chariot and jumping over the two. Arjun shot Vayavyastr on them. Strong wind blew all the Samsaptakas away like it scatters dry leaves.
               In the meanwhile Drona started destroying the protective ring of Yudhishtir.Satyajit opposed Drona and shot continuous arrows on him.After a fierce battle,Drona killed Satyajit and proceeded towards Yudhishtir.Yudhishtir retreated back unable to stand before Drona.Even other Pandava warriors like Dhrisht and Satyaki looked dazed unable to resist Drona's valour.Duryothan laughed with glee but Karna asked him to assist Dron as again Bheema and others will fight back.Bheema destroyed the elephant force of Duryothan and shouted in joy.
                    That was the moment Bhagadutta showed his might by driving his Supratika into Pandava army.Bheema just escaped from the elephant's fury and Yudhishtir who entered the battlefield again showered arrows on the elephant.But nothing happened to Supratika.the mighty elephant lifted Satyaki's chariot  with its trunk and threw it away. Satyaki just. Jumped in time and saved himself.The elephant dragged away Bheema's horses.As much as they tried none of them could control Supratika from causing havoc.
           Arjun observed the plight of his side from a distance and said.' It is not possible to control Supratika for any of them. Let us go there and handle that fierce Elephant."
                               The Rajavaidyaa checked Uttara and said everything fine. Subhadra and Panchali sighed with relief.Subhadra said.' I hope the war finishes soon. We can have our grand son in our Indraprasth." Panchali agreed.' True. Abhi's son should arrive there only." Suddenly Malini came and informed.' Princess,the spies came and told that Supratika is destroying our forces severely. Many were killed.It attacked Bheemsen and threw his chariot up. But luckily he escaped."
                  Panchali and Subhadra looked at each other agitated.Subhadra enquired.' What happened to Abhi's father and my Bhrata? Are they not there?" Malini replied.' No. They were far away fighting with Samsaptakas ." Panchali is desparate.' Why did Arjun leave Yudhishtir's side? What if he is taken captive?"

Supratika rushed into the Pandava army crushing the soldiers left and right. With trunk outstretched and ears held back it roamed victoriously having no opposition at all. Bheema and Satyaki just escaped from its fury as their horses and chariot were whirled into the sky by the mighty elephant. At that moment Krishna drove the chariot into its range.
                    Bhagadutta,sitting on Supratika shot deadly arrows on Krishna and Arjun.He nourished  a grudge towards Arjun who defeated him during Rajasuya conquest.Arjun countered Bhagadutt's arrows and wounded him severely.Bhagadutta got angry and drove his Supratika on Krishna and Arjun.Soon Arjun broke Bhagadutta's bow and shot numerous arrows on him.Bhagadutta got furious and hurled fourteen Iron rod like weapons on Arjun. But. They were crushed in the middle itself by Arjun's sharpest arrows.
                         Before Bhagadutta could strike again Krishna drove Arjun closer to Supratika. Arjun took a lance and thrust it with all his strength into the steel armour that covered Supratika's body.It pierced the armour and exposed the Elephant much to the delight of every one watching. Bheem beamed with joy and Satyaki and Abhimanyu  danced in their chariots.
                            Bhagadutta shivered with anger and hurled an Ankush like Divyastr towards Arjun's chest.Before Arjun could counter it Krishna stood in the chariot facing the Astr. It turned into a garland of lotuses and adorned Krishna's chest.Arjun was in shock. He sulked and asked in a bitter voice.' What did you do just now Madhav? You graced me by  being my charioteer. But how could you meddle in my battle? Isn't it disgraceful to your Parth and his valour?" Krishna placed his hand affectionately on Arjun's shoulder.' Parth,listen carefully . Previously Goddess of Earth had a son called Narakasur by Vishnu. Narakasur was graced with Vaishnavastr. Which was passed on to his son Bhagadutta after his death. Now Bhagadutta hurled it on us which is unwarranted. So I took it back again. Bhagadutta forgot that he used Vishnu's Astra on  Vishnu himself. ( Here Krishna and Arjun being Narayan and Nar held Vishnu tej in them.Vishnu incarnated as Nar and Narayan who became Arjun and Krishna.) No need to bother about it Parth, Tackle Supratika and Bhagadutta now."
                           Arjun shot a devastating arrow on Supratika just where he struck it with his lance. The lance which was still there pierced inside with the force of the arrow and Supratika collapsed on the ground wailing piteously. Bhagadutta shed tears on seeing the mighty elephant fall down.Arjun broke his bow and arrows and then struck him with an Artha Chandra arrow. Bhagadutta slithered down,fell nearer to his Supratika . Together they died and attained warrior's heaven amidst shouts of praise .
                         Yudhishtir heaved a sigh of relief on seeing Supratika's fall and Bheem hugged Arjun tightly . Duryothan felt desparate. The loss of Bhagadutta and Supratika means a lot to them.He turned to Drona to remind him his promise to capture Yudhishtir.
                                 Supratika dead? Who killed it? Panchali enquired in excitement. Ofcourse who else princess? Rajkumar Arjun killed it and Bhagadutta also" Malini informed the just received news. Yajnaseni felt proud .' Who else? He only did it." She repeated to herself with an endearing look that showcased her admiration for her valiant Arjun.
