The Chandra Lok rejoiced on getting back their prince the most charming Varchas,son of Revati and Chandra.His achievement in Kurukshetr ,the breaking of Chakra Vyuha already found place in the songs of Bards and apsaras created dance ballads to sing his valour. Indra specially sent message to Chandra to bring Varchas to heaven. He wanted to felicitate the boy who is his grandson as per his human birth. Revati could not contain her relief on getting back her dearest son back, But still she felt a certain gloom in his countenance and asked her husband." Swami,why is he silent and aloof? I found him dull." Chandra assured her.' He needs time Revati. His relationships down the earth are strong and passionate. Though he left the body there the sanskar remains intact. Give him time.
        In one corner of Chandralok Varchas sat reminiscing his past birth events. The moonlight that pervaded everywhere is not able to revive his spirits with its coolness.He could not disconnect himself from the bonds that connected him to Bhulok. First and foremost Ofcourse is his special bond with his father Arjun.As Abhimanyu he felt no father would have loved his son as much as Arjun did.He knew Arjun's world revolved round him.The way he revenged his death,Varchas still has goosebumps on his body. The way Arjun fought and destroyed Kaurava army and killed Jayathrath no one else could have done that feat . Varchas never saw his father's eyes devoid of moisture since his demise. Arjun will never recover from his pain,Varchas felt sure.
                 His Mama Krishna the God incarnate still felt the pain of losing his dear nephew in war. He is his Parth's son brought up with so much care and effection,trained to keep the glory of Arjun.Even that Lord also wore a passive look on his face that showed the immense love he had for Abhimanyu.
      Subhadra,his mother,she loved him so dearly and never wished to have a daughter to devide her love.Her day begins on seeing his face and ends up by wishing him goodnite . Varchas smiled remembering Subhadra who continued her habit despite his marriage with Uttara. To her he is always Abhi,her little kid who defines the meaning of her life.How would she cope up with his separation? She would collapse. She won't recuperate. Varchas had tears in his eyes.
             His beautiful wife Uttara still in her teens how would she bear separation? How could she bring up her son? She will definitely lose the zeal to live. What fault is there with his unborn son? Why should he lead his life fatherless? Varchas felt shattered.He hid his face in his hands.
             Abhi come back my son, whose voice it is? His Jyesht mata who loved him more than her sons.More than Pragati. Already she endured limitless torture in her life. The insult in Dice Hall,the forest life everything took a toll on her physically and mentally.As if that is not enough she has to bear his separation.How would she recover from her heart break? His dear brother Kirti who never left him,looked up to him for guidance,he was left in solitude.
      His other brothers,the Pandavas,Ghatotkacha every one will miss him.Varchas wiped his tears.Time to go to Indra Lok.Chandra and Revati stood waiting for him.

Duryothan persuaded Karna to explore his valour and kill Arjun.Karna as usual proudly praised himself." Alone I can fight with Arjun and vanquish him.With my power of shoulders I will make you rule the whole Aryavarth,I promise."
     Kripacharya who is listening to Karna ridiculed him." Certainly O Karna you proved yourself  at Ghoshayatra and Virat yudh.Enough of your boasting.Show your mettle not in words but in action."
     Karna got angry and shouted." Because you are a Brahmin I am sparing you.Otherwise I would have cut your tongue."
        Karna further said." By praising Arjun you are insulting all of us.Now be quiet and stop praising the rival."
    Aswathama who is listening every thing attacked Karna with sword in hand.Duryothan tried to stop him but Karna asked him not to stop Guruputr.
      Duryothan said " Forgive Karna. All of you together should work for my benefit.We can't win if you quarrel among yourselves."
Aswathama and Karna cooled down and became ready to fight Pandavas.
    Karna destroyed Pandava army with hundreds of shafts. Arjun observed that and faced Karna.
Karna shot six arrows on Arjun . Jishnu shot thirty arrows and wounded the shoulder of Karna.
Karna's bow fell down from his hand.Then Karna took another bow and shot many shafts on Arjun.
Arjun's eyes turned red with anger. With great speed he broke Karna's bow,killed his chariot and horses.Immediately he struck Karna with lightening speed and  made every part of his body blood ridden.
Karna got severe pain and ran away from Arjun.Not only that he got into Kripa's chariot to save himself from Arjun.On seeing Karna's plight Kaurava army retreated back with fear.
Duryothan asked his soldiers not to flee away and attacked Arjun.
Kripacharya called Aswathama and said." With you and me still alive it is not proper for Duryothan to face Arjun. If Duryothan is overpowered by Arjun's arrows we can't save him. Stop him now only."
Then Aswathama stopped him and attacked Dhrisht.Arjun and Bheem arrested Drona's advances and prevented him.
In the meanwhile Karna defeated Sahadev and insulted him by hurting with the end of his bow." Sahadev don't try to fight with those who are superior in strength. Go to Arjun and take shelter." So saying Karna left Sahadev and went off.
