Hastinapur's private chamber got occupied by important people to discuss the current topic Yudhishtir's depression in the presence of sage Narad,Ved Vyas and Krishna Vaasudev.
Narad started in a benevolent voice."Don't fall prey to such weakness King.Self blame will never allow a person to flourish.The Kuru Kingdom should prosper under your rule."
Yudhishtir replied." I am the root cause of destruction of Kurus Out of my greed for Kingdom I destroyed many families who are now son less or headless.I am the culprit of my brother Karna.

Ved Vyasa interrupted." Eldest, it is not proper to think that way.It was predestined.No one can avert the fate.Karna got his due and you got your due.Karna was not made for being a ruler...
Yudhishtir repeated." If the truth is known to us no war would have happened. People would have been saved from loss . I regret sending Abhimanhu into Chakravyuh .in his father's absence.Since  that day
I am not able to look straight into  the eyes of Arjun or Subhadra.
And Ghatotkacha  lost his valuable life because of me.
Can we bring them back? No.Kanha I can not forgive my mother for hiding the secret.I am at fault. I will  renounce the kingdom."
Bheema took Yudhi's hand and said." Then by all means  I have  to wear the crown."
Yudhishtir smiled and said." If you please. Take my responsibility."
Nakula retorted." Well if that happens The king will rule from the kitchen.People always follow the king.So our people will follow your habits and become sick." Every one laughed at Nakula "s wit.

Bheema continued." I can leave royal power but not my tasty food. Let Arjun wear the crown."

Nakula nodded his head." No way.Bhrata Bheem. I observed when we are entering Hastinapur.Young girls stared at me but immediately turned their eyes towards Bhrata Arjun.If he becomes the king he may not be able to concentrate on administration as wherever he goes women will follow suit."

Sahadev shouted at Nakul " You will never change Nakul. Be serious."
By then the elders including Vidura had a smile on their faces looking at Arjun's embarrassed face.
Panchali side glanced him and thought." Years passed but his popularity among ladies did not decrease.  Nakul is right in every way."
Krishna laughed heartfully and patted Arjun's back." My Parth had a different role to accomplish post Kurukshetra.He can not stay sitting on the throne all the while. By the way if Eldest 's coronation is done we have so many plans ahead."
Krishna then became serious and addressed Yudhishtir." Eldest. Don't punish your mother with your stern behaviour. If you renounce the throne she will feel more guilty.Aryavarth needs stable governance.Why did I allow so much bloodshed in Kurukshetra if not to establish Dharma. Reconcile with your fate. You are born to rule. Not Karna."

Narada then explained." Yudhishtir. Karna never came to this earth to rule Aryavartha. Ofcourse he was noble. But one trait of him ruined his life. You know what it is? Jealousy towards Arjun.His every action revolved  round this only.He was given opportunity to walk with Dharma by the Lord himself. But he refused it. He decided to be with Duryothan till the end.He did his dharma you do yours."

Ved Vyasa said." Eldest. No option is left for you except acceptance.Be strong and take up the throne.
You should follow the word of Krishna who is Narayan himself."
Krishna placed his hand on Yudhishtir's shoulder and declared." Dhaumya Rishi will fix the muhurt along with Ved Vyasa for coronation. After you become the emperor of Kurus I will send you to your Pitamah Bheeshm who will clear all your doubts. Uttarayan is approaching. Grandfather will leave his body and attain heaven. Before that learn as much as you can from him.He is the abode of knowledge.

Arjun's face became dull on hearing about his Pitamah's last journey.
He came out first as Yudhishtir almost agreed to take up the crown. Panchali followed him and feigned anger." You and your Hastinapur maidens never let me live in peace. Years passed but the craze remained intact."
Arjun smiled disarmingly and asked." Did my Fire born wife change after all these years? "
